"Really? You're not a spy or a minion of some slimy lord?" She had her horn lowered at the newcomer.
"Relax my daughter, I doubt our enemies have come with us to this place. He doesn't look to be any harm." Shooting Star smiled at him warmly. "My name is Shooting Star, this handsome golden fellow is my husband, Sunspot, and this dazzling creature over here is my daughter, Jupiter. Who might you be?"

He bowed his head politely. "I am called Indivar. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintances. Again, I apologize for stepping where I was unwanted."

"Indeed. Had we known we were going to meet a handsome young fellow, we'd have dressed our daughter more appropriately." Sunspot grinned playfully at Indivar. "I assure you though, she's quite lovely when her mouth isn't so harsh."
The loud snort that Jupiter emitted scared some birds in a tree, causing them to fly away. "He has eyes. I'm sure he can see with them. Besides, Mr. Indivar might not even be interested in finding a pairing while he's walking through the woods. And I'm a bit offended that you would offer me to the first male that walks by..." She smiled at Indivar anyways, looking him over.
"But you're getting so old, Jupiter..."

Indivar chuckled, doing his best not to feel like a cornered mouse. Still... she WAS a lovely one... and she seemed interesting, which was even better. He'd had his fill of mindless beauties. "I'm afraid I must agree with the lady. It seems hardly fair to shove her at a random passerby. Though I'm honored nonetheless." Dolt.

Jupiter smiled, "See, Father, Mother, I told you so. Even this one can tell such things are improper." She flipped her mane. "Though he's brave to refuse such an offer." Jupiter walked toward him, still sizing him up. "My parents could fillet you for such a thing...just as easily as I could..."

"Oh really?" Jupiter tossed her hair back, "I have several siblings as well. Though some of them are a bit lazy. I'm the only one that Mother sees fit to pester and train for the throne..." She rolled her eyes, "Even though my youngest brother is the one who will be providing heirs for it..."
