Why do you want it?: I feel that this guild deserves more contribution from me. I am an extremely active and if I do speak for myself boldly, I am an RPer of fierce quality. I want to help out with Cloud activity, and I am sure I am the man for the job.
How much do you know of the village?: The Cloud's main elements are wind and lightning. The 8-tailed and 2-tailed beasts were sealed in Cloud (based on manga). Cloud is a mountainous region, with few entrances. Cloud tends to remain neutral when it comes to political affairs. It is one of the five main great nations. Specialization element being lightning. Kumogakure has a Raikage.
How active are you?[on a daily basis]: I would say 7 days a week, all day on weekends, from 5:00-11:30 PM during the week. That's an accurate number.
RP sample:

It was a cold evening that Autumn day, as the dawn began to turn. Dusk loomed on the horizon. Raikage Aeldevera stood glancing, probing, studying the works of his masterful village. Three fresh run-of-the-line Genin entered the room as Aeldevera turned. "Greetings young ones... I am Aeldevera Mistalune, your Raikage. You are the future of our generation. The brave. The bold. The critical. You will do wise to follow your studies, my young children." He spoke abruptly, pausing in between sentences in a rather provoked manner. A Jounin entered the room. "Raikage-sama, are these the kiddos? Wow. They look like a bunch of girls!" He commented on the Genin's rather petite and feminine apparel. Cloud tended to produce rather fruity ninja. "Now, now Percy, don't insult these young ones. They will surpass you one day." He then pointed to the door, the Genin, walking tail between their legs, in fear of loud noises, and change of place. They would undergo many weeks, perhaps months of training. "Oh... to be young and strong. How I miss the glory days..." He looked around the room, the darkness closing in on him. He smiled, recalling all the memories, his days of youth passing by his eyes like images of a forlorn age. "Chasing girls, taking on missions far too risky for my skill, disrespecting sensei. Ahh... yes." He spoke aloud to himself, before walking back to his desk. He pulled out an ink pen, and began to draw a young woman, one with large breasts. "Oooh Luna, why did you have to go with Orlando? You and me could of gone far baby!" He finished the drawing before standing up, and opening a window panel, and allowing the picture to float out and be caught by a mid-drift.

The next day would prove to be most foreboding. Raikage awoke to the sound of screams. Quickly jumping out of the bed, he performed the lightning instantaneous in a repeated motion, bolting around until he reached the top of the tower. He saw fire, and a large group of ninja burning his innocent villagers. Anger enthralled him as he carefully panned their location, now collecting a very lengthened series of handseals. He was mostly a swordsman ninja, but he could be just as deadly using ninjutsu. It would have been over ten years, before Aeldevera actually had to enter combat once again. "Call of the Lightning technique!" Suddenly, mist formed throughout the village, heavily dense in the location of the invasion. It then shot upwards and a lightning sword formed over head. Bolts of lightning rushed downwards shocking hundreds of Konoha nins who were not trained to resist electricity. The Cloud nins remained far less affected. Aeldevera then ran forward, performing the lightning instantaneous, unsheathing Fulgora. He appeared right into the middle of the battle field, a bolt of lightning striking his blade. He charged it with electrical energy before using his beam technique, aimed towards a Konoha Jounin. Shortly, the Jounin was killed. Aeldevera then rushed through wave and after wave, twirling his blade around performing 10-step assaults on multiple groups. Eventually, the Konoha nins would turn-tail and retreat. "The day is won!" He yelled, before raising Fulgora in victory, covered in blood, his battle-scars fully apparent. He returned to the center of the city, topless. "Today, we were deliberately attacked by the corrupt forces of Konoha. This assault was premeditated, and they massacred innocent villagers. No more shall we coward... no more shall we be neutral. This is a declaration of war. We will bring down to them the fury of Raiden! They will wish they did not challenge the Cloud! To war! To glory!" He raised Fulgora once more, and lightning shot the blade, as though a call from Raiden himself, that Cloud had his blessing.

Then as though some unrelinquished challenge had arisen, a kunai struck Aeldevera in the back right shoulder. For a moment he clinched his teeth, but placed his hand on the tip of the kunai, before pulling it out and hurling it backwards, in a random location. The opponent was a Sannin. A Konoha Sannin, and perhaps the main cause of this attack. Aeldevera turned to him, eyes most disdainful, wreathing the Sannin's very soul. "Who are you? Who do you think you are?" Aeldevera called out, pointing Fulgora towards him. The Sannin smiled and stated in a dark tone, "I am your brother, do you remember me Aeldevera? It is I, Kaelen. I have come to take Fulgora, my righteous blade that father should have never bestowed upon you!" Kaelen unsheathed a large two-handed axe, one with the ability to be augmented by fire elemental attacks. He then danced forward, and rolled towards Aeldevera, before jumping out in an attempt to catch him offguard, thrusting the axe upwards diagonally. Aeldevera already had Fulgora unsheathed, show he carefully caught his blade, as the two were connected. They stared one another in the eyes. Two godly forces who were descent from two destinies. Tonight, there would be only one victor.

Kaelen unlocked their blades and slid backwards five feet. Shinobi and kunoichi from Cloud wished to join. "I am sorry my brethren, but this... this fight is one I must end on my own." The two circled one another, before Kaelen tossed off his toga, revealing his chest. Aeldevera smirked. "Why brother, age has not been kind to you." Kaelen did not take that kindly. He suddenly tossed the axe down, and began to perform handseals. "Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique!" From his mouth, a very large ball of fire shot forward. Aeldevera had been performing one-handed handseals, waiting on the moment of release. "Sphere Shield Technique!" Surrounding him an electric shield formed, creating a powerful barrier. The ball slammed against the shield, engulfing the entirety of the front side momentarily. Kaelen angrily shot forward, attempted to punch through the shield, but instead took third-degree burns on his fist and well as being shot ten feet back. Aeldevera deactivated the Sphere Shield, and then slowly walked towards Kaelen, holding Fulgora over his shoulder, ready to make an attacking movement.

Kaelen panicked, and slid his body towards his axe. Aeldevera was closer to axe, so he kicked it far to the left into some trees. He then struck Fulgora downwards, but Kaelen rolled sideways, before taking out three makabishi stars and tossing them at Aeldevera at close range. Unable to avoid them, Aeldevera tossed himself forward, taking two in his side, the third barely missing his head. As he landed on the wet ground, he skidded, but slammed his feet down to gain traction. He caught himself and turned to Kaelen. Whilst Aeldevera was recovering Kaelen had been performing handseals. The moment Aeldevera turned to him, Kaelen used the Fire Release: Fire Dragon Blast technique. A massive firey dragon rushed towards Aeldevera at full speed and at full force. Seeing no alternative, Aeldevera carefully timed the dragon's impact. As it reached half a foot from him, Aeldevera charged forward and then dived under it. Amazingly, this movement, allowed the dragon to barely burn down his back, however cause moderate damage even then. What he did not measure or calculate, however, was the explosion. As he stood up, a bang was heard, which deafened him. He looked around as things came in slow motion, his body shot forward and upwards into the air towards Kaelen, who looked in awe.

Aeldevera came crashing downwards performing a front-flip samurai downwards slash, which Kaelen did not anticipate. He moved his body slightly, but Fulgora made impact cutting into his shoulder and down his left torso. The secondary affect of the attack was a burst of electricity throughout Kaelen's body, which burst his blood vessels, and caused a massive amount of pain. Aeldevera pulled out, and then gripped Fulgora with both hands, pointing the blade to his neck. "It's over Kaelen." Aeldevera confidently argued, seeing no way for Kaelen to do anything. "No, not yet... I will not fail! For Hokage-sama!" Kaelen revealed explosive tags on his feet as he back-flip-kicked Aeldevera and exploded his legs onto Aeldevera, which in turn caused heavy damage to Aeldevera who was unable to avoid the attack. Aeldevera hunched over, scanning as smoke had arisen within the area. He was weak, tired, breathing heavily. Abruptly, Kaelen's limp body was crawling towards Aeldevera with two kunai in each hand. He tossed one at Aeldevera's chest, and it made an impact, making Aeldevera stumble downwards, before catching himself with Fulgora.

Kaelen used whatever chakra he had left and hurled his entire body, what remained of it towards Aeldevera. Seeing no alternative in Kaelen's resolve, Aeldevera used his jump as a point of finish, ignoring the kunai in his chest. He slashed downwards, cutting across Kaelen's opposite shoulder. He then drilled inwards, impaling Kaelen on the blade, stopping his agressive push. He pulled the blade out, and then cut into Kaelen's side. He pulled the blade upwards, diagonally cutting deeply into Kaelen. Aeldevera then slammed minimal strength with his shoulder into Kaelen's chest, knocking him back on the ground. Aeldevera gripped the blade in both hands, and cut across Kaelen, who was no longer conscious, in the waist. Then he sliced downwards into what remained of his right theigh, pulled out and cut into his groin, holding this remainder of his body up on Fulgora, he then tossed the body up and speared the blade into Kaelen's heart, completely finishing whatever remained. To guarantee it, he unleashed a massive electrical shock, which incinerated the internal organs, popped Kaelen's eyes, and turned the skin blue. Aeldevera then tossed this body into the crowd. He wiped sweat off of his forehead, and flicked some blood off of Fulgora. "My Cloud children... do you see this? This... this is only the beginning. Together... we will make Konoha pay for its ignorance. We will rain lightning from the skies, and create hurricanes from the ocean. There will be no mercy. Only cold, cruel, and unforgiving retribution... now... Burn their bodies. We do not need wretched filth in our glorious land." Aeldevera then fell forward into the crowd, medical nins took him to the hospital. They would heal his wounds. It was at this point, where the largest mass invasion in ninja history took place. Hundreds of Cloud nins attacked Konoha from all sides. Aeldevera awoke in his office, and stared out at the black skies. "Storms are beautiful. Especially, the storm of war."

Aeldevera went outside, to a large group of genin, all of which were lightning elemental ninjutsu specialists. He smiled at their eager, and young little eyes. "Alright kids. Class is in session. Pay attention, and maybe you'll get to be like your senseis one day. For now, I will train you." He started off with teaching the basics. "Your first technique will be Electricity Resistance Training. Begin by building up chakra, attempt to manipulate lightning element. And then envelop yourself in it." The genin were quick learners, some had to do a second try, but the majority got it on the first go, each of them more effective than the last. After several hours, they had the majority of the Genin and Academy student techniques down. "Now onto the more difficult and complex techniques. Most of these are build-offs of what you have previously learned. Pay attention." He then performed a single handseal, and appeared behind the group of Genin. "That was the Lightning Instantaneous Technique. It's very simple, yet complicated in execution. You must build chakra to your feet, use a handseal, and then move with almost untrackable speed to a new location." This took the Genin much longer to learn. However, they did indeed learn it, some Genin took advantage of it to go home, and return shortly, being most lived only a mile or two away. After that day, Aeldevera sent them off to get some rest. They had more training for tomorrow. "There is hope I guess... Hope in the newer generation. They surprise me everyday... I am getting far too old for this." He spoke aloud to himself. A soft hand was placed on his shoulder. "You still look twenty to me." Her voice spoke aloud clearly. Her voice was so memorable. He turned only to nearly die of a heartattack inside. "L-...Luna?!" He seemed shocked and for once, it was him and not an opponent. She smiled, and said nothing as she leaned in to kiss him.
