You can't get pregnant unless you get semen in your cooch. So, just have him clean up after your'e done with the handjob. Tissue, trash. EASY.
As for how to give the handjob, I don't care why you're doing it. It's not my business. But, you should know that all guys are different. I'm pretty sure cases have been recorded where women have gotten pregnant when a guy came on their legs (upper inner thigh, of course). Sperm can swim a foot in twelve seconds, if I remember correctly from last year's health class.
