Now that was good news that could lift the flaxen-maned mare's spirits. Just the sher mention of getting out of the area was good enough for her, and Spook readily agreed to the action. "That suits me just fine", she replied, eager to be off. Of course, she wasn't liable to kick up her heels any time soon, but with Ashia by her side she wasn't going to freak out about the pace too much. She certainly felt safer with another horse near by, and could only imagine the paranoia that would grip her if she were still alone.
Spook eased herself into walking, one hoof after the other in a painful attempt to start herself off. Surely it would be slow going this way, but just the fact that they were moving away from the area was good enough... for now. Once she got some strength back, she'd be sure to avoid this place while healing.
