((Srry! redface ))
Alkienta stopped playing her guitar and looked up. "Just a little bit ago." She replied. She resumed playing.

((Eh, it's okay. I tend to be a bit brash and this is my baby. Anyway, thanks for being interested in it!)) First Floor/CafeNaomi pulled out a chair and took up position next to the musician. "Well, I guess I should inform you of our latest staff addition then. He's going to be our barkeep, assitant cook and a DJ for the parties. His name is Vassili Zaitsev." She watched the movement of the girl's fingers over the guitar strings. "I don't recognise the tune. What are you playing?" *Renewing her Faith*

"Porcelain Heart' by BarlowGirl." She said. She stopped playing again, looked up at the new member, and gave a little half wave. She then resumed playing.

The manager chuckled at the dedication of her employee to her craft. "Are you always this focused when playing?" Naomi had to admit that she did not know the young girl that well, seeing as she had hired her yesterday on the spot. It had been because of the girl's talent, nothing else. *Renewing her Faith*

"Nah. I usually scatterbrained, as I'm told, but I want to make a good impression. First day on the job and all." She said, finishing the song.

"Lead the way." Vassili was still the first of the pair out of the kitchen, packing the netbook back up and slinging his katana onto his back. He noticed the guitar player and nodded. His mind running through what music would be popular, wondering if he should have his other laptop overnighted. With that he had a blackberry storm in hand. With a few clicks it was on its way.

Naomi hummed out the last few chords with the guitar before replying, "Your dedication is much appreciated and I am sure that you will." Feeling suddenly drained, she stood and stretched. "Are you catching a ride tonight or staying over?" Naomi pushed in her chair and flexed her fingers. There were some odd jobs to complete before calling it a night. -Jesus is my Lord-

"My band and I share a house not far from here. Our drummer, Hexion..." A dreamy look flashed in her eyes. It was quickly dismissed. "... He's going to pick me up."

Kaden padded behind him, curious, but keeping her distance. "Up the stairs to the left." She said quietly. She had never really been tech savy. It wasn't her thing. She moved past him, taking the steps two at a time, her tail swishing back and forth as she pulled out her keys and unlocked the door to the upstairs. She pushed it open. "This is the party room. Naomi has a specific name, but I always forget it. I spose this will be the place you will be working most at." She spread her arms out, the room was clean, enough light came through the window to lighten the place up. "Your room is over there." She lifted her key ring and found the spare keys for the two doors, handing them over to him. "You will need these. I'll talk to naomi about getting you a master key for all the locks, such as what we have, so you can get into the front door, second, and your room." She smiled slightly, rocking back and forth on her feet.

Vassili followed Kaden up the stairs. Th urge to reach out and stop her wagging tail flaring as he was behind her. He fought it down and look at the cavernous space. It was larger, or appeared to be larger that the cafe, but there was not kitchen and that would explain the spaciousness away easily. He walked in, pacing it out as he did and stopped as she handed him the keys. His eyes found the door she mentioned and he nodded.
"Don't worry I can get in and out of places without keys." For the first time in a very long while he felt carnal thoughts push up from his demented psyche, but he pushed them back down with force and stared at the wolf woman. He knew the reflective black lenses of his goggles tended to creep people out, but he stared anyways.

The girl's quick expression made her laugh again. It had been a long time since she had cared for the opposite sex in that regard. Really wanting to get away early, she nodded her approval at the young female and waved at her as she sauntered over to her room in the back. There were other rooms near the Party Hall but the floor seemed more like home. While manuvering her way in the back there, she caught a snippet of the conversation between Kaden and Vas. "Party room, Party Hall, what's the difference?" she mumbled to herself. ((That's okay, SNPR 01. You'll have those type of mistakes regardless.)) -Jesus is my Lord-

OOC;; MMMM its okay, i dont mind, i can look past them.
BIC;;
Kaden fidgetted at his words, glancing towards the stairs before back at him. She could see herself in the dark lenses that hid his eyes, her pointed ears twitched slightly, a smirk running across her face, before she realized she was using them as a mirror. She continued rocking back and forth, heel to toe, as she spoke.
"Well, i'd prefer the use of keys, makes the place seem less vulnerable, besides, soon we will have more security in the place, wouldn't want you getting arrested or something." She lifted one tanned shoulder in a casual shrug. "I spose, I aughta help you move the stuff out of the room thats in there, not much, a few tables and stuff incase we need them, then i'll be out of your hair."
The fact she couldn't actually see him bugged her. To no end. All she could see was the suit. Vassili could be a woman and no one would know any better, though, he had said not to call him Mr. what ever his last name was. She sniffed, and moved towards the door, her paws didn't make a noise, for yes, her lower leg was canine, about half way down the lower leg her skin changed, dark fur growing in place, and her feet, which aught to look human, were large wolfish looking paws. She opened the door and wrinkled her nose slightly. Storage areas always smelled stale from lack of use. Her bushy tail continued its back and forth motion as she counted tables and things that needed to be moved out. It didnt take up much space really, the room was big enough that it didn't look bad, it even had a restroom hooked to it.
She turned her head, looking at him over her shoulder. "Unless of course you dont mind the things being in here." She said and moved into the room, to a window, and opened it, breathing in the fresh air.

((Sorry would've posted sooner but fell asleep at the end of Monty Python.))
Vassili looked into the room and did a quick count. He reached over his shoulder and poked a hand into his bag.
"It is fine if I can use that one rack there." He pointed to the black rack in question. It was supposed to be for audio equipment, but there was nothing on it at the moment and he could always build a bigger one for them. He set the bag down and rested the katana against one wall. With a flourish he pulled a mat out and let it roll. It was all he needed to sleep on.
"I am an early riser, four am. There won't be anyone in here. I don't want to run outside. So I'll run in the main run. If that is alright." He reached up and pulled the hood down and then unzipped the outer jacket to his suit. Underneath was shiny black plastic. Almost armor like. He hung the jacket up and turned to face Kaden again.
"As much as I seem to trust you, I can't imagine you want to see what's under here. Stronger minds and stomachs aren't able to look at me without going mad or getting sick." It was a abrupt but clear way to say "get out."
"Thank you though for letting me stay here. And you may need to get cans of RAID." Without the outer jacket the smell of decay began to permeate the smallish storage room. A seam of his armor began oozing, not red, but yellow. He reached into his bag and began setting out large quantities or mineral oil and bandages.

A shiver passed through Alkienta and she spun around. "Don't do that!!!"
A grin played across Hexion's lips. "Whatever. You ready to go?" He held out his hand.

((Gummi, would you like to register Hexion before you start writing for him please? It would be much appreciated.)) While lying on her back, Naomi sniffed the air absent-mindedly. An involuntary lurch of the stomache had her sitting up. Was something dying in here? She gathered her evening clothes about her and stalked out of her room. Dusk shone through the creases of the closed blinds. The scent seemed to be coming from the Party Hall staircase. The only thing that she could see though was the light bristling of Kaden's tail. Intrigued, she tried to walk up the staircase that creaked under her weight ever so often. Lucky Kaden and her padded feet. -Jesus is my Lord-
