"Pogo's my sister. Didn't you hear me introduce her?" Julie asked, looking confused from the girl in question back to Azzie. She was sure she had!
The rainbow girl decided to just make this easier. "Hi. I'm Pogo." she stated, holding her hand out to the boy.
Lam smiled and waved back to Ivy, Cookie wriggling down to mew at Eve. The infant didn't say much but what she did say was something along the lines of hello. Only in chimera kitten.
"Oh it's okay so far. I've never been to one of these before." Lam stated cheerily, going to sit by Ivy since Cookie was better left to her own devices.

Imani laughed a bit and placed her goodybad in a small pouch she had before grabbing both Julie and Azzie's hands.
"Then lets get snacks, and sure Pogo can come! I hope there's popcorn, or better yet, caramel corn!" she said before giving a very light tug on the hands she new gripped to say that she was about to start walking to the snackbar in question.

Ivy smiled, "I haven't gotten much time chatting with other parents, but it's a good party for your first get together." Ivy heard her daughter calling her name.
"Mommy, can I have the bag back?" Eve asked as she wanted to share some of the treats in it with Cookie. She watched her mother look at the parent next to her.
"Can Cookie have the candy in the bag?" Ivy asked as she knew sometimes younger children couldn't have candy.

"Oh totally. My name's Lam, by the way, what's yours?" the blonde said with a grin.
Cookie looked curiously at Eve, wondering what she was asking about but purred loudly anyway. This girl seemed nice!
"Yeah sure. Cookie's a good girl. THe worst it'll do is make her bouncy and we're in a place where that wouldn't be TOO bad." Lam assured the other woman with a nod.
"I've never had caramel corn!" the blue haired girl stated in wonder, following after her friend. Pogo fluttered along behind, wondering at it as well.

"I'm Ivy and the little rag doll daughter of mine is Eve," Ivy nodded to her daughter, handing the goodie bag back to the infant. Ivy didn't want to say her last name, so she hadn't.
Eve grinned, "Thank you, Mommy." The little girl opened the bag and got out a bit of chocolate for herself and Cookie. Eve offered an unwrapped piece to the other infant with a smile. Remembering that sharing helped with making friends.

Cookie purred a bit, taking it and nibbling. "N'mmy." the infant said with a huge smile, immediately darting over to hug Eve. For a critter with no legs, she moved pretty well.
Lam laughed, "Well I can add another word to the list of things Cookie can say. Boing, and Nummy." she with a grin.

Both mother and daughter was a bit surprised when Cookie hugged Eve, but Ivy relaxed as she knew she would get used to others hugging her daughter. Eve hugged Cookie back, grinning at the reaction.
Sharing did help with making friends. Eve would make sure to keep that in mind for others. "Yes, it is tasty," she agreed.
Ivy chuckled, "Cookie's the first child I've seen beside Irae actually hug my daughter."

Azrael paused as he finally remembered that she had introduced Pogo to him earlier. Well, who could blame him in all this chaos? "Caramel corn?" he echoed, allowing Imani to drag him towards the snack bar. Caramel corn? Was that corn covered in caramel? If so, that didn't sound too tasty... Or maybe it was popcorn covered in caramel, which sounded a lot better. "Sounds interesting," he muttered, glancing between the three.

Glad to be agreed with Iggy smiled and grabbed Maggie's hand " Come skate with me" he commanded. They could be glowy and special together and the grown ups could do boring parent talking.
" I'm fine, a little overwhelmed by this place but otherwise okay, yourself?" Blaice inquired. She imagined Vance was used to bigger crowds of people than this.

"Yeah!" the girl agreed, following after her "brother" to look for skates. "Do they have strappy ones I can wear?" After all, for bird feet to be comfortable, wide shoes with open toes were needed, at least in Maggie's case.
"Mm, it's not so bad." Vance said, shrugging. "I'm not really comfortable with the excess of barely monitored children, but it is not as bad as it could be."

Iggy shrugged "Mm I dunno, probbaly." They probbaly made roller skates to fit the feet of all types of people else they wouldn't invite them. As he talked the will o the wisp boy dragged Maggie in the direction of the shelves of skates.
Blaice laughed " Oh I've seen bigger excesses of children not monitored at all than this but I understand the feeling." The angel was mostly concerned with monitoring Iggy though, they were in a building yes and he liked Maggie but.. the things she continued to read about his kind were disconcerting and his behaviour had been a bit odd lately.

Maggie grinned, strapping on some of the skates when Iggy found them for her. "Yay! They fit!" she exclaimed, happily flicking her tail feathers and waiting for her friend to put his on. "Ready?"
Vance nodded, "Mm so long as Iggy and Nutmeg keep out of trouble, we'll be fine."

Eve divided the candy in her bag for herself and Cookie.
Ivy's cell went off, letting the assassin know that it was a possible employeer. She smiled and ruffled her daughter's hair. "Lam, would you be willing to keep an eye on my daughter for a moment? I need to take this call," Ivy asked.
