Lake was happy he had finally had a real home with friends. "Hi I'm Lake my dad ruled the new world and was your dad's first mate."Lake said while taking out his baseball cards,he gave one to Jerome.

 "How old are you kid?." James asked while rubbing his head. He didn't know how to handle this situation but he would do his best to handle it at all. Ferra listened intently wondering what will happen to her family now."Thanks but I don't like baseball." Jerome said as he gave back the card politely.

"I'm 8,how old are you?" Lake said wondering how old this kid was.
Before Jerome could answer lake felt hungry so he decided to eat one of the fruits his dad gave him.

"By god how can you be eight if i last saw your dad when he was 17. So that would mean your dad got a someone pregnant when he was 15?" James started to ramble as he didn't know how this all made any sense. "I'm Five." Jerome said with a smile.

"I'm adopted"Lake said as he put his head down,he hated telling people he was adopted. Lake took out a knife and spoon. The fruit he was about to eat looked like a pineapple but its color was strange. He cut the fruit into eight pieces and started eating them. At first it tasted normal,nothing unusual but as he swallowed it it tasted like crap.

James and Ferra went of to the side to talk about there situation, they had two devil fruit users, should they register them or nt. "Yeah and we'll save people's lives, maybe we can even set sail and become warriors of the sea!." Jerome exclaimed happily.

James and Ferra began to argue as of what they will do, but they finally came to the conclusion to let the child live normally. "Alright sure"Jerome said happily as he always plays any game, win or loose he will always be happy.

Meanwhile--
The daily pelican mail was coming in. The large bird swooped down from the sky and delicately landed on the Lanam's mailbox. It stuffed the letters inside, cawed to announce it's departure, and flew away.
Inside the mailbox were your usual letters, except for one. One was a package signed in Anya's horrible handwriting. It stated simply: "Watch the vision dial inside."

James and Ferra began to watch the vision dial wondering intently how they were doing. they have heard from Raven since he always comes to visit Fayth but not Orion and Anya. "Okay here goes"Jerome said with a smile as he threw a punch at the rock and it exploded. "alright your turn...um I dare you to fly"
