Aqua sat up straight focusing.This was important.Finally.She unlocked her soul's password.She felt the presence near as if all it was doing was waiting for somebody to open the door to it's new life.Aqua started chanting softly speaking in a monotone.The power was real.No illusion."Amazing."She said amazed.She opened her eyes slowly.The librarian had returned.In her hand a book sat."It's a book on Hyuuga's Byakugan or "White Eye."She said smiling."B-b-but how did you-"She stuttered."Your eyes dear.They are white as shown in this book."The lady smiled and walked away without another word.Aqua smiled adn opened the book still sitting on the window sill.Anybody passing by could see her readng the book.She sat sideways leaning against the wall.Her side faced the window.The book told about the white eye adn what it did.It talked about the jutsu adn abilities it had.Even the loudest noise couldn't draw her away from the book.

Mugen started with the Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique) forming the handsigns and creating a clone only to have it burst into hot air.

Mugen tried again this time adding more chakra into the jutsu, this time the clone stayed for a slightly longer period before dispersing.

"OK I got this." Mugen said prefroming the handsigns again, this time making a perfect lightning clone.

"Ok lets try this." Mugen said as he started make handsigns for the Dendou Kariyou no Jutsu (Electric Overdose Technique), but he only felt a slight tingle in his hand.

He focused more chakra into his hand and he felt a strong electrical shock jolt on his hand.

Mugen continued to focus his chakra to his hand as his chakra started to become visible as small jolts of electricity.

As Mugen stopped and reformed the handsigns he managed to reform the jutsu as his chakra became visible covering his hand in an electrical current.

Sumire walked into the library and into the Genjutsu section and grabbing a scroll labeled Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power)

Sumire studied the scroll and memorized the handsigns for the Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power), and started to store her chakra for the genjutsu

Sumire preformed the handsigns and started to release her chakra around her trying the genjutsu.

Sumire continued to put more chakra into the genjutsu as her chakra started to form a large purple chakra aura around her.

As Sumire's chakra enveloped her body she felt a chill down her spine as she could feel the evil intent of her presense.

Nightmare walked into the library. He walked up to the lady. "Were is the Katon Raiton and Rinnengan scrolls" he asked. The lady pointed him in the area and he went to look. He Grabbed one scroll of each. Turning and leaving the area. He then headed to the training grounds

Edward sat in the back of the Library, finally at peace from everyone's emotions. Only the librarian was close enough for him to feel, and she was old enough that she wasn't affected by the oddity that was running rampant. He closed his eyes, drifting into meditation.

Edward's eyes opened wearily. One of his student's had found him, how he didn't quite know. Still, the lad had a valid request. Edward shook his head to clear it of the mugginess from his meditation and stood up.
"Yes I can Nightmare. Come on, the Library isn't that good for training. We'll head to the beach." With a grimace at the thought of all those people swarming him with their emotions, the Acting Otokage strode down to the beach.
