"Yes I was one of the many. But one of the few he left to take care of themselves. He tries to make a large pack and it's easiest to get someone to join your family at a young age he says, so that's why he turns children. I think it's horrible though."
Remus smiled when Severus asked if there was anything he could do. "You could make my potions taste better." He joked. Remus figured if potions could be made to taste good they would have done it already.

Severus shot up to his feet. "I'll try my best." He said, storming out of the room.
(and so began the legend of the half blood prince, which is known only to one person...LEGENDARY!!!!!!)

Remus was a bit surprised when Severus said he'd try. He was also sad that he was alone again now. He took a pain relieving potion and fell asleep.

(im saying this is what started the half blood prince potions book that harry found in the sixth book.)
That night Severus poured over every potions book he could find. He studied deep into the night, and hid when he heard anyone coming into the library. But no matter what solution he might find, he didn't stop. There were many contradictions in countless books. He needed to find the perfect solution in order to help his only friend. He needed this.

(ooooh. lol. Aww poor Sevie only has one friend.)
Remus slept peacefully with the help of that pain potion. He did wake up in the middle of the night though. He had hoped Severus didn't take his joke so seriously that he was working himself to death.

It was some time, early in the morning that Severus found himself nodding off. He placed a hand over his eye as he leaned back in his chair. "Make potions taste good." He repeated, trying to give himself a boost of energy by reciting his goal. "But still sleep seems more important at the moment."

Remus snuck out just to make sure Severus wasn't in the library. But he did find him there. "Severus you should be in bed. You don't need to work this hard for me."

In the end, Severus found himself falling asleep, which was quickly remidied when when Remus walked into the room. However, he was not yet aware he was in fact awake again. He turned about as Remus spoke. "You don't have to inerupt me in my dreams as well you know. I'm busy with this, so dreamland has to wait." He sounded exhausted, and apparently he was only half awake made only more obvious by the muttered phrase "stupid unicorns"

Remus chuckled a bit. "I'm sorry but you need to get to bed. If you sleep here you're just going to hurt in the morning. So come on."

He shook his at Remus and returned to his book. "Sorry but you are just a figment of my emagination brought on by boring books and a lack of caffine. And so I don't really feel like following you anywhere."

He sighed, and straightened his robes as he rose to his feet. " I liked you more as a garden gnome." He stated, as he began to follow him as instructed.

Severus begain to laugh, collapsing onto on of the couchs. "Remeber the time I dreampt you were a centuar? Or the quiditch captain, I liked that one. You should wear more red, and more boots." He said, still chuckling.

"No i don't remeber those. You should tell me about them later." He sat down on the floor next to the couch. "I don't want to walk all the way back to the hospital wing. Can I sleep with you in your bed tonight?" Remus gave him the big sad puppy eyes.
