Breakfast: omelet (egg whites)
Lunch: Grilled chicken

Note: I am going to start attempting to have an omelet with egg whites instead of regular. less calories and probably better for me..Also i will as you have noticed being eating grilled chicken alot. its one of the only healthy dishes on my campus, satisfying, and keeps me full longer.

Egg whites have much less calories than eggs do.
1 egg has 70 calories. 1 egg white has 11 calories. 1/4c egg white substitute ("size of a real egg") has about 30 calories.
Basically egg whites have 90% of the protein with virtually no cholesterol or fat.
