That audacious bronze! He dares reach to grab her? Queen of the Sky? Wrath would scoff at him, but just as she prepares to evade him, he grabs hold. She shrieks as she's caught, folding her wings and wrenching her body around in an attempt to break loose, but the bronze's grip is firm.
Roaring again, Wrath gives in--not to that bronze, but to the inevitable. Reaching out her own taloned claws, she catches him.
Ray is jolted back to her surroundings, briefly, as someone grabs at her. Her concentration and focus are still with Wrath, but now comes time for her own part. Her throat is hoarse, but she roars again as she grabs at him, copying her dragon's movements.

Pericolath chuckled mentally as she grabbed at him, as if she wanted him to be sure that he hadn't caught her, but that it was the other way around. He pulled her close, his wings spread to their max as he supported them both, slowly twisting as to lessen the angle of their descent and keep them both airborne.
P'las smiled as he came to his own senses for a moment. Peri had done it... The man pulled the goldrider closer to him as both gave back in to the actions of their dragons...
((*coughs* Heh... *draws a nice little curtain around P'las and Ray* whee PG-13, children. ^.^))

Now the situation was truly hopeless... but as he had already told Kya, he knew his chances of winning again were tiny. He watches the pair mournfully, then begins his descent toward the ground once more.
As Nakoreth leaves the flight, the intense rapport between him and Kya weakens until Kya is again seeing only out of his own eyes... in time to see Ray get pounced by an unfamiliar man--or did she pounce him? Turning away, he sees a hand holding out a wineskin; some of the cooks knew full well what a disappointed rider needed after a tense flight!
What an excellent idea! He collects another, and after a moment's incoherent thought, a third.
He wanders off toward the lower caverns, taking long pulls at the first wineskin.
