The lyrics in 'Just Like Heaven' are a thousand times better than those in 'Love Song', but I love the riffs in love song.

his name is kett and hes an actor from vancouver!! i know him... that was a character he played and the tv shows called Kingdom hospital... i accually have/ going to have a sub-guild for kingdom hospital so if you guys want to join please PM me...

Ohh...Lovesong is my favorite. I love that song. 'Twas really the first song I ever liked by the Cure.
It..just...*melts*
Just Like Heaven is a very nice sog, but I've never really connected with it if that makes sense.
So yes. Lovesong....311 made me verrrrrry angry gonk

You know I realized I never really answered the question - at least, I
don't think I did.
Anyway I prefer Just Like Heaven for a couple of reasons.
One: it was really the first Cure song I really fell in love with.
Two: My s/o sang it to me over the phone before we had actually met in person.
Three: My s/o sang it to me the night of our handfasting.
I still get teary-eyed when they play it live. I usually sit in my s/o lap during it - pulling myself out of my wheelchair for it (I don't ALWAYS need a wheelchair, but it is easier to deal with than trying to walk to the seats with a non healing ankle fracture, and general tireness due to everything else wrong with me. Then there is the oxygen thing as well. Ir just makes it easier.)

I used to really love "Lovesong" until 311 started playing it. I heard it on the radio a billion times and now I'm sick of it.
...It's still a beautiful song, though.

Hmm, well they are equally romantic...
I prefer the actual melodies in JLH, but it's pretty sweet that Lovesong was a gift to Mary! I adore the lyrics to both, but I have to say that the music video wins it for me....so, I choose Just Like Heaven! I wish I was Mary in that video, she's so pretty, so is Robert *melts*
Oh yeah and 311 were a "band" that did a cover of Lovesong. It was no match for the original. You can hear it on the soundtrack to 50 First Dates - I love that movie!
