Suijin simply nodded when Haru said they should step out. She did have a few things to attend to after all. And now, she was in her 'General Mode'. Before the two left she said, "Rakutsu, if you really wish to live here, I can arrange for a place for you to stay. There aren't any availible appartments at the moment, but I know a place where there are plenty of empty houses." She sounded completely sober!
Both Mizuchi and Yuudai were giving her a look of 'are you serious?'. Not with any hint of anger, just... surprised. Even if she was an old friend, Mizukage Suijin never showed any such hospitality towards a friegner before! Hell- she barely showed such hospitality to one of her own villagers!!! To answer their unspoken question, Suijin simply nodded.
"You may both stay there, to rest at least." she added. No doubt, Rakutsu and her niece had something to talk about. "Yuudai." she said, not feeling she had any need to finish her order.
"Right." He looked at Rakutsu and Haruka with a kind smile. "Come on. I'll take you there." By 'there' he meant Haru's temporary residence and Raku's possible permanent one.
"And bring Miho."
"Awwww....but Granny!" she whined with a pout.
"Miho, dear." she said to combat her grandaughter's beg.
"....fine." she said, finally. Mizuchi kissed her forehead before she jumped down from the window sill. She stuck out her toung in childish disgust. She ran up to Yuudai and lead them out of the Mizukage's office.
"I'll see you later, Rakutsu-chan." Shouta said with a reassuring smile. Trying to give some comfort to her. It didn't look like Haruka was taking this news very well.
Once they had gone, Mizukage Suijin got back to the papers. Turned out the ninja who had dropped in was a relatively new genin. She read his file thoroughly. Re-reading his, Natsuyo Fujinchi's, Amaya Senju Miyagi's and Ren Niigata's files, it would look like she'd have to re-configure things... their abilities was the biggest factor she was considering. If their strengths fit together to compliment each other's strengths and make up for each other's weaknesses- then their chance of success on missions would rise substantially. Every detail of overseeing a shinobi village was an aspect of a war game, where everything held equal importance in the grand sceme. The hard thing was deciding which to take priority over. Because in a military plan- nothing ever went exactly according to plan. In a war, you can't see to everything. You can't save everyone. But these little things would make the biggest difference in the long-run. Suijin Kitagawa knew that, acknoledges it, and lived by it.

Shiro Aburame
Shiro nonchalantly walked into the mizukage's building. He came up to the secretary's desk and asked with a mild interest " is the mizukage in?"

A m a y a S e n j u M i y a g i Amaya had made her way towards the Mizukage's place. She hadn't completed her previous mission of going to the Udai Council and she failed to get along with the other two. Neither of them would be good news to the woman and she knew, she would probably get nagged at.
Once she made it to the building she walked up to the secretary. There was someone already there asking for the Mizukage. This woman was sure busy! Not wanting to disturb, Amaya waited her turn. Surely the Mizukage already knew what was going on. Hopefully she wouldn't have to explain what happened nor get the woman angry. It doesn't matter where you come from Nor what happened back in the past It doesn't matter who you were then What matters is who you are right now What you learned from your mistakes What matters most, is who you want to be

The secretary was about to answer, when a young woman about twenty-five or so with musty-red/brown hair came stumbling in. "Hey, can you- oh! There you are! Lady Mizukage was just about to send for you two! And uh... one more." she said, peering around to see if the other one was with them. He wasn't. "Oh well, you can head up to her office now." she started to walk away, then stopped, "Er, you should head up now." she added. Thencontinued on to whatever it was Lady Mizukage had told her to do.

A m a y a S e n j u M i y a g i Amaya did as she was told and entered the Mizukage's office. She wondered why the woman wanted to see her, or at least three of them at the same time. She shrugged off the thought and bowed slightly. "Lady Mizukage." She mumbled mainly to herself as a way of greeting the woman. "You sent for me?" She then asked, looking over at the woman. ???? ???? There is nothing
The man walked up the the Kage's office, he had the look of someone who was clearly doing work that he thought to be under his own stature. "Is the Mizukage in at the moment?" He asked with his arms cross, a button up shirt on his figure, however it was not buttoned up; The man had a Fall village head band around his neck. His head tilted to the side slightly as he asked this.

_I'm Hanjin Tatsumaki. And whatever it was, I didn't do it. __Hanjin padded silently and slowly down the hallway, trying not to make too much noise lest he wake a hangover-ing Mizukage.
Hmm... a group? Interesting.
This probably meant a mission... niiice. He'd been waiting for one for a good while now... what, three weeks? Four?
Patience. It would be his turn soon enough.
He got in with the group and nudged his way silently past a rather large and rough-looking man, a good few inches taller than him. "Hey... Milady Mizukage-dono? You called?" He knelt respectfully, knowing the kind of temper she had been in earlier.
Oooh... the temper...

Shiro Aburame like a swarm of insects in a mist...
"Hello, lady mizukage" politely but nonchalantly says Shiro, bowing. "you asked for us?" he questioned, noticing the other girl in the room. He was one of the new genin, and he hoped he was being assigned a missin, or sensei. He was, on the aburame scale, giddy.

The Mizukage looked up at the three genin before her. "I did." she said, sternly. As she spoke, one would notice she had the aura of a war general. Firm. Commanding. Straight out. Demanding. Her posture was just as stern as her voice, and her eyes seemed to demend your respect. It looked as if she had been drinking nonstop all day, but she didn't seem drunk at all! "Amaya Senju Miyagi, Shiro Aburame, Hanjin Tatsumaki. From this moment, you three are a squad. Your sensei will be waiting for you at a bar called "Keizo's" and he will give you your upcoming assignment. That is all."
Shouta and Mizuchi still stood by Lady Mizukage. Mizuchi looked barely a foot from hitting the wall. They said nothing, just watched them with no particular expression on their faces.
It seemed that was all she had to say. And when she looked down at her paperwork, that was their sign to leave. If they didn't; there was an empty bottle of sake right beside her.

The man sighed slightly and then walked over to a chair and sat down. "Please inform me when she is available to speak with me" he said clearly disappointed that he had to wait; his eyes then closing as it appeared them an attempted to take a nap

Shiro Aburame like a swarm of insects in a mist...
Shiro felt a wave through his body as his bugs picked up on his happiness and wriggled around, more than usual. He said "Yes, lady mizukage. Thank you." As he proceeded to the door, he looks back and says "I'd like to get to my new sensei and start training. Are you two coming?" with a slight hint of scorn in his near-monotone voice.

_I'm Hanjin Tatsumaki. And whatever it was, I didn't do it. __Well, she didn't kill me outright. I guess that's good... ohsnapwait. I'm in a squad! I have a mission now! And there's a girl in the squad! A pretty one, too! Woohoo!
Hanjin's mind did somersaults as a slight smile tugged at his lips. "Thank you... Mizukage-dono... for your generosity..." He backed away respectfully, but blinked when the other boy snootily regarding him. He backed out of the room completely and turned to face Aburame. "You... it might not look like it, but I'm probably faster. So I'd suggest just being friendly, and we'll all get along just fine." He said it with a bit of obvious viciousness, but there was that hint of real friendship. He'd get this mission done right, by hook or by crook.
Hanjin looked back into the room and chuckled. "Hey, girl. You're lucky enough to be in a squad with me... so let's make the best of it and Meet the Sensei. Shall we?" He extended his hand in a rather gentlemanly gesture.
For some reason, he was in a ridiculously good moo-
Oh. Right. He finally got a squad.
Good behavior, justified. Now we can go back to being an a*****e.

A messenger bird had come through the window, with a message from Akatsuki that Devonte was injured and needed Shouta's assitance for psychological purposes, so he had left. Leaving the Mizukage and her son still in the office. Matsue cam through the door. "Lady Mizukage, there is a shinobi from Falls here to see you."
The Mizukage looked up. 'Falls? What the hell do they want?' she inquired in her head. Regardless, she said, "Send him in."
Matsue nodded then went back to the man waiting. "Lady Mizukage will see you now." she said simply, then led him in and stood by her Lady Mizukage.

 ???? ???? There is nothing
The Falls ninja stood up and let out a long sigh' his shirt was on however it was not buttoned up; and due to its short sleeves the tattoo's on his right arm where visible; something that most people found displeasing due to there nature (Demons and such) "Thank you Lady MisuKage" He said as he walked into the office. The inside of his shirt looked just as odd as the rest of his outfit; which fit the theme of obscure; it looked as though it was filled with Explosive tags. But upon closer inspection they where in fact sown to his shirt making them unusable. As the Fall ninja sat down he offered his hand out for the Kage to shake.
All in all he looked more like a 'city slicker' then a ninja; tattoo's unfunctional clothing' slicked hair and so on.
