Shannon thought back to her first time in the guild... Kind of awkward for her... That's when she met Albite XI... "Oh... Well... My partner's name is Albite... Albite XI. Sorry, it's been so long since I've called him by that name, it sort of slips the mind." Shannon giggled a bit, obviously having forgotten all about the evil Darkrai thing she may have believed to be in the Corridor. She then pondered her partner for a moment, thinking about what they've been through thus far. "He's really strong... Though he can say things really drawn out making his speech a bit bothersome... Though if you didn't know any better, you may say he is the leader because I'll admit, he is stronger than me..." Shannon smiled, a bit in shame to think that she would have competition to remain at the top in her team, but if it came down to it... Maybe kindness would be the true essence... Who knows?
Shannon then turned to Nombre who was starting to creep into her nerves and cause havoc... It seemed everything he said didn't quite function or sit right with her... All she could think was How can somebody not want friends? Though Shannon never spoke up about this, instead she just glazed away from his as though she got distracted by something else. "So Ditto, whenever you Transform, how come you can become something really big but your original form is quite small?"

Radik listened as Shannon described her partner, pretty interested, but that interest grew two-fold as soon as she mentioned that her partner was actually stronger than herself. 'Now I wanna meet this guy.' The morphed pokemon thought to itself before chuckling and listening to Shannon's question about how it could transform into bigger pokemon. "Well Shannon's that a super duper easy question that I could answer for you. For as you know, I am a Ditto so naturally I know all answers Ditto-related~" It then paused, to take in a breath of air before speaking once more.
"See, us Ditto do not have any bones in our bodies. This means that we got no skeleton or junk and we basically and turn into any form we desire without a problem." It began to explain and then it paused before continuing,"And our bodies are consisted of this special kind of jelly-like stuff that allows us to stretch into ginormous sizes to be as big as pokemon such as Onix." It then paused once more, before finishing up it's brief explanation,"That's why us Ditto are special, because unlike all the other pokemon. Our bodies don't give us any restrictions and we could turn into whatever we want. The only thing that limits us are ourselves, it takes a lot of concentration, practice, and stuff to be able to transform into big pokemon."

Shannon scratched her head and though about it for a moment... It just grew? More importantly, what was it? A Boy? It kind of reminded her of one... Or a girl... Either way, Shannon wanted to know, though she didn't want to sound rude about it so she just put that one to the side as of the moment... "That's really interesting... I can't do that... Though I heard from a rumor that a legendary Pokemon named Mew can! Oh my gosh! I wonder how it does it as well! Do you think it stretches? Or do you think it just knows from its powers... Hmm, this is all rather confusing... Let's change the subject..." Shannon thought quickly about something to say... She didn't want to sound like a mean Pokemon asking mean things so she decided to beat around the bush until Radik got the hint. "So I heard that Magnemite are genderless isn't that cool! I've always wanted to meet a genderless Pokemon! What about you Radik? Wouldn't it be cool?" Shannon then smiled innocently to quickly hide any traces of curiosity that may have lingered in Radik's head... Though it probably wouldn't work seeing as how Shannon was terrible at investigating.
Shannon then decided to walk closer to Ditto to see what Ditto had to say... it was growing more and more obvious that Shannon was getting a bit careless in her tactics to get the gender out of this poor Ditto... Thus, Shannon went from being innocent to rather pesky...

Radik laughed a bit after Shannon mentioned the legendary pokemon Mew,"Yup, Mew is another pokemon I heard that could transform. But I think it could do it 'cause it has something special in it's DNA and stuff. I dunno, Mews ain't my specialty." It then listened as Shannon spoke about Magnemite, another pokemon whose name started with the letter 'M'. Perhaps she was just into pokemon whose species name started with 'M'. Or at least this is what the morphing pokemon thought as it listened to Shannon.
"Well yeah genderless pokemon are awesome. I mean you are talking to one right now~! 'Cause just in case you didn't know, all Dittos are genderless, which is another reason of why they are oh-so-awesome~" Ah yes, this was another reason for it to brag, after all being genderless meant that you didn't have to deal with the everyday stereotypes of how males had to be super strong and emotionless while females had to be big major crybabies about everything while staying at home and cooking dinner.
Meanwhile, Nombre just sat there. Already knowing exactly what Shannon wanted out of Radik. An answer to know exactly what gender the Ditto had identified itself with.

Shannon grew wide-eyed as Radik told her that he was merely a 'genderless Pokemon'. She sort of felt as though that was one of her greatest fail moments... The only way she could get it out of him was to be straight forward... Though she got a good kick out of that! Like she'd actually ask. "Oh cool... Genderless... huh... You don't say!" Shannon sighed and changed the subject... It seemed as though Radik had an answer for everything, though the answer was never what she was looking for... She then decided to think about what Albite had said... 'Fighting makes you stronger...' It was a ridiculous concept but he's said it so many times it was practically beaten into her head, and since she was too timid to fight wild Pokemon, it would be perfect for her to fight Radik! Who was in the form of a Togepi... Though how would she ask? Everyone's built the image of kind and mannered as Shannon... To ask a quick match would be down right ridiculous! Though, it was time for her to break free from her shelter and get a bit more reliable, if not for her, but for her team mate... "U-Um, Radik... Would you want to battle with me? I'm still new at it but I'd think it'd be cool to battle a Pokemon who is also a Togepi..." Shannon then turned her gaze to the floor... It wouldn't be right to ask him dead in the eyes... she felt... so out of her skin for asking that question... but at the same time, she felt like she could take on a simple Togepi... Perhaps these two characters were getting a bit too influential for comfort...

Radik grinned as Shannon spoke, thinking that Shannon was so impressed by the fact that it was genderless that she was almost left speechless. And then when the same Togepi asked him if it wanted to battle with her, its grin only got larger,"Sure why not? I always like a good old spar you know?" It said this as it began to stretch its tiny arms, getting its body pumped so it could put up a good fight,"Though you don't gotta look so nervous, I mean this is just a friendly spar to train." It then glanced over at Nombre, but Nombre nodded. Already knowing what his teammate wanted.
"I'll be the judge of this match. It's a battle between Shannon of Team Advents and Radik of Team Kapow. Keep it clean and try not to destroy the hallway since it is not our property." The Nincada said this all in his monotone dull voice, but his voice was loud enough to boom down the hall for all to hear.
After Nombre said those words, Radik took several of steps backward, deciding to start off the battle simply. Instead of using an offensive move to start the match, it decided to wink over at Shannon, using the attack Charm in hopes of lowering the amount of strength she'd use on him with her attacks. "Good luck to you Shannon, you're gonna need it~!"

Shannon jumped a little as she heard that Radik would agree to the battle... It wasn't that she was scared by it... It was just that she was more nervous for who would win...Since after all, he was a pretty tough and confident pokemon... And to Shannon, confidence is key... The key she doesn't have! "R-Right... I shouldn't be nervous..." Shannon nodded and listened as Nombre declared being judge... After hearing this though, Shannon soon found herself trapped in a narrow hall with several hearts that seemed to be glowing, coming right at her! She began to panic and thought of what she could possibly do to get rid of those hearts but she quickly realized that she did have a move set of her own. "Okay Radik! I'm not going to back down... It's a friendly spar right?" Shannon grinned to try and look cool but her jaw seemed to shake as though she were freezing... But of course, her nerves were getting the best of her in this situation...
Shannon jumped back and began to spin her arms. "For my first move... Swift!" Shannon released a minor swift attack that obviously wasn't full power... It was mainly used just to knock out those hearts that were floating towards her... Luckily, with a little aim and a nice amount of stars, the hearts and Shannon's attack collided, destroying both hers and Radik's moves... But of course, not without creating a marvelous display that looked like something in a coordinator show. "I'm hoping I can play this battle with defense alone... but I fear I might be wrong..." Shannon smiled once again to show that she wasn't defeated just yet.

Radik grinned after hearing Shannon's words,"Good 'cause I don't like it when my opponents back down!" It then grinned as it watched as its Charm attack began to move in on the small normal-type pokemon. However soon enough Shannon managed to cancel out its attack with Swift, filling the room with sparkles instead of an explosion like it had expected when it watched the two attacks collide. Which in a way was a good thing considering the fact that if they destroyed the hallway, they'd be in major trouble.
'Now what move to go with next...?'
Then it grinned, deciding to do what it did best. Copying. So soon enough the morphing pokemon spun around its arms, this way it could summon some tiny stars to hurl themselves over at Shannon. The same attack known as Swift was now being used against the Togepi. "Let's see how you do against this attack!"

Shannon
Shannon watched the stars and hearts collide and release shiny sparkles that fell over the hallway and gave it such a lighter atmosphere... Though that all changed once she realized that Radik was copying her move... In the back of her mind she wanted to call foul play but this is one of Radik's abilities... She wasn't really one to call it wrong for doing such a thing... "My move? Well, two wrongs don't make a right I suppose..." Shannon spun her arms once more to use her move swift... She knew that they would pretty much nullify each other and the battle would pretty much get nowhere, where on the other hand she could use her move Ancient Power and wipe through the stars... But she didn't want to be responsible for destroying she a dark place... "Now, go stars we can do this!" Shannon pointed her stubby arms to the stars coming at her and like a small army, her stars collided with the stars coming at her lighting up the room in a miniature display of fireworks. It took a lot of focus on Shannon's part to keep her from looking in awe at the amazing displays... Though, that's the price for being in the guild.
"It's time to get on the offensive!" Shannon spun her hands and created a package at her feet. It was her move present... She then tossed it at the Radik who was standing deeper within the corridor. "Open it! It's my treaty to you! It's full of wonderful surprises..." Shannon smiled warmly as though to say she could be trusted... She always seemed more serious in battle.

Radik noticed the look of shock that was on Shannon's face when she saw that Radik was using her same exact move against her. Almost like Mirror Move, but not quite since Radik technically knew the same move of Swift since it also was a Togepi at the moment. It caused the morphed pokemon to chuckle a bit and when its stars had collided with Shannon's Swift attack, it grinned at the firework display. Certainly very 'KAPOWish' in the morphed pokemon's opinion.
Radik then watched as Shannon threw a present at its feet, grinning as it glanced back up at Shannon,"Sure~ I always like a nice surprise~" Though it already knew that it could either be a ticking bomb or some sort of magical aura that could heal it. But still, it was glad that she used this particular move. Danger always made a battle more interesting. So the morphed pokemon opened the present, and felt energized after doing so. "You're right~ It was filled with a wonderful surprise~ How about you give me another one?" It asked this with a mischievous grin as it began to clap, using the move Encore.

Shannon frowned quite quickly... This wasn't working in her favor... Using the move Encore... Now that was just plain wrong in her opinion.. Though, she shouldn't let her opponent think she's weak or something, thus she gritted her teeth and tossed another present... There wasn't much else she could do except hope it exploded in his face. "A-Another Present... Gah! This is no fair!" Shannon watched as her body was basically controlling itself without her will involved in it... She watched herself create a present, and watched herself toss the present... Not much else she could do while being trapped in such an awful predicament... Normally, this is when I'd say 'she's been in worse situations...' But Shannon has lived too much of a sheltered life for that to the be the truth...

Radik watched Shannon frown, once again this caused it to grin widely. Sure this moveset was rather odd for it to work with since personally it liked to have a moveset where it could attack offensively again and again and again till the opponent was knocked out. But so far, it managed to work these odd moves in its favor. "Yup just keep giving me presents~" It said this with a chuckle as it caught the present in its tiny hands. Opening it with much more speed than last time. Sure there was that 50-50 chance of it being either completely awful or totally awesome. But it liked having the odds work against it, it just made things interesting.
And as soon as the ribbon was pulled off, the tiny package went 'BOOM' and sent Radik flying backward a couple of feet. But at least the corridor was not damaged by the explosion since it was not big enough to cause any damage. Radik then leapt up to its feet, coughing a bit and covered in ash, but otherwise it seemed rather well. "That was a good hit, so here's a kiss for you~!" Usually talking about kissing and all that 'nasty romance stuff' made Radik feel disgusted. However the only reason it did not feel that now was because when it was saying those words, it was preparing to use Sweet Kiss on Shannon.
So it blew a kiss in Shannon's direction. A heart floating in her direction that would hopefully confuse her since that was the side-effect of the attack.

Shannon began to panic as the Sweet kiss closed in on her... She could only use one move and that wasn't exactly something that could destroy the Sweet kiss... "Present!" Shannon threw one last present at Radik before running around in circles to avoid the Sweet Kiss... It's a good thing the only thing Encore did was make Shannon use the same move over and over again... Not completely immobilize her. She then turned to Radik who seemed to be unhappy about using the move... He should be! He was putting Shannon in way over her small head! After all, how much could a Togepi take? "Wah!"
Shannon turned around to see that the Sweet Kiss was picking up speed! In a blind run, Shannon began to flail her arms and scream in horror as though the kiss were the ones of death... "Get it away! I'm going to get cooties from that guy!" Shannon began to cry as she ran as well... Obviously the attack was much too over-whelming... As she sprinted frantically, she tripped over the remains of a box she tossed at Radik causing her to get struck with the Sweet Kiss...
"Hurt didn't that!" Shannon stood up and dusted herself off and grinned widely. "Box the open!" Shannon gave Radik a crocked smile before waiting for him to open the box... it was obvious the Sweet Kiss was causing her to talk backwards and numbed one of her arms... I don't know why... Perhaps the nerves to her arm were shot with that Sweet Kiss...

Radik burst out into laughter as it watched Shannon frantically try to get away from the Sweet Kiss attack. Especially since thanks to the Encore attack she was pretty much helpless and only had one option. Run. Which was totally awesome considering the fact that in the end, no matter how much she ran, she eventually got hit by the Sweet Kiss. Cooties and confusion galore.
Then the morphed pokemon looked down at the box that Shannon oddly referred to. Why was she speaking so oddly? Was it because of the confusion? Well most likely it was. So after shaking those thoughts off, Radik pulled the ribbon off of the present. No explosion was heard after the ribbon was pulled, so Radik grinned and lifted up the lid.
"Awesome! I totally feel refreshed! Thanks again Shannon~!" It was pretty obvious that now Radik was enjoying the battle, even though it wasn't as violent and punch-filled as most battles it had in the past. However now the only problem was, what to do next? So Radik blinked twice and then grinned, another Swift attack should do. After all Shannon was currently confused. So spinning its arms round and round, it summoned the same tiny little stars and hurled them in Shannon's direction.

Shannon noticed that Radik was creating another Swift attack... Sadly, though, Shannon was acting too confused to function properly. "Gosh My Oh!" Shannon began to panic but once it saw the Swift attack it lost all worries... "Stars Pretty..." Shannon tried to reach for the on-coming stars with the arm that still worked for her but quickly found out those stars meant business! Shannon went flying back into a wall and she then snapped out of confusion... "Ow... Hey you! That wasn't cool! Confusing... Ow..." Shannon rubbed the side of her face... It kind of stung... She doesn't remember much of what happened though... "I guess it's time to ignore whether or not this place gets messy... It grows apparent that I'm losing." Shannon lifted her arms into the air and chanted her favorite Move. "Metronome!" Shannon spun her hands and snickered. "Oh? This move is... Toxic!" Shannon inhaled a deep breath and then launched a posionous saliva at Radik...
Shannon then laid on the ground and prepared for the perfect defense... Which consisted of making herself as invisible as possible... By laying her round body on the ground. Shannon then realized something. "Oh! I guess that encore went away... I need to be more careful... I can't be using a move that would be a jeopardizing thing... I guess I need to be all offense!" Shannon remained quiet after that and watched Radik closely.
