Hikaru, Fenleigh Leigh smiled, he didn't laugh!
Relief colored his words and his face, his smile turned tender, "Hmn, well... It's... not the brightest star..." he said truthfully, thinking about it happily, "But it has such a soft, kind, light," he said softly, "I just know its a kind, bautiful light, and its usually the last to disappear at night," he said, "It shows up around the same time as the others, yet its almost always the last to disappear, fading as it does..." he said smiling, "If... That star were a person... I'm sure it'd be so beautiful," he smiled brightly, "It'd have a soft, quiet beauty that could match even the brightest light! That gentle star.." he said.
What he didn't know, though, was that that star was Tenyou, and that since he found Ranpa, that star hasn't appeared in the sky, for he had been taking care of Ranpa and had not had the time to look up at the sky...

"Usually the last to disappear?" Tenyou repeated, as if in wonder. Wasn't he usually the last one to return to Earth, or, as people say, disappear? Well, there could have been someone else that disappeared before he did... Fenleigh couldn't possibly had fallen in love with him, right? He had been told that he had one of the brightest light, but it couldn't be one that Fenleigh was describing. If there was anyone with a soft, quiet beauty, then it would be Sherry, another Star Angel.
"Have you heard the words, 'Everything is not what it seems?'" Tenyou asked. "Perhaps the stars aren't inanimate objects. Maybe you have fallen in love with ancient beings, and I'm sure that star that you love is destined for you."

Hikaru, Fenleigh Leigh smiled, "Thanks, Ranpa," he said, a soft smile touching his lips, "And, yeah, it is, I mean, not as bright as the north star or the sun, but... Even though its a soft light, its still pretty bright," he exclaimed, "It's just a softer type of bright light..." he said, remembering the light.
"Mn, it would be nice..." he said, as he drifted off into dreaminess, thinking about what the star would look like.
Would it be a guy or a girl? He wondered.
Of course, personally, he didn't mind whichever, he knew that Love had no boundries...

"Fenleigh, have you ever heard of Star Angels?" Tenyou suddenly asked, and then he paled. Why did he do that? He wasn't supposed to tell any Earth beings about the existence of the Angels. If said Earth being tells others about the Angels, there would be hunters everywhere, and more than before! They would never be able to come back to Earth and protect the innocent Earth creatures that needed their help. Now what can he do? What will the High One say? What if the punishment for such a thing is to have his wings removed? He had seen such things happen to fellow angels who committed severe offense and he didn't want it to happen to him.
"A-anyway, let's change subjects," he said quickly. "Um... Do you have anything to do today? Maybe we can go to that large body of water where swans usually swim." Tenyou paled even more. He was supposed to know what that large body of water was! What was it? A pond? Ocean? What is that word!

Hikaru, Fenleigh Leigh tilted his head slightly, "? Star Angels? Is that a flower?" he asked curiously.
He nodded, confused, but agreeable, "Ok, and... Er... no, not really," he said.
"Uhm... Lake...?" he asked, "You mean the lake?" he giggled, smiling, "It's alright, I forget words sometimes too, and sometimes its really easy words, hehe..." he smiled, "And sure, I don't mind,"

Tenyou felt completely relieved. It looks like Fenleigh doesn't really think that Star Angels were anything but flowers. "No, a Star Angel isn't a flower, but I'll tell you what they are later," he said, smiling in relief.
As it turns out, Fenleigh didn't really have anything to do. In that case, they could go to the lake. Thank goodness the firefly understood, or Tenyou would probably panic. He had heard of curious people, probably those who wouldn't stop asking questions until they felt they heard the truth.
"Yes, the lake. That's exactly what I mean," Tenyou said. "Do you like to be around it? I've heard it's relaxing, but I've never had the chance to be around it."

Hikaru, Fenleigh Leigh smiled understandingly, he figured that it had been the fall from whatever height he had been flying, and that it had muddled his brain a little.
Not that he minded.
"Hmn... The lake, is it? Well, it has been a while since I've last been there... I haven'r seen Bell-chan in a while either..." he said smiling, "I'm surprised I haven't actually bbeen there for such a long time though, it id quite relaxing..."

"Eh? Who's Bell-chan?" Tenyou asked, curious. "Is she someone who lives at the lake? Maybe you can introduce me." For some reason, he was getting really excited. "Perhaps she and I can become good friends. Just like you and me, apparently."
It seemed strange at first that he thought of Fenleigh as a friend already, but now Tenyou's perfectly fine with it. Well, he was always told that he trusted others too many times.

Hikaru, Fenleigh Leigh smiled, "Eh? Oh, Bell-chan is the head of the Flock that live on the lake," he said smiling, "I know its silly, us being different creatures and all, but I feel like she's my family -she's like a sister to me," he said smiling.
"I'm sure we'll all get along just fine," he said, beaming...

"It doesn't sound silly at all," Tenyou said. "Actually, it's very reasonable. There's no boundary to thinking of another person as your family just like there's no boundary to love." It was very much true, considering it was what the High One had told him.
"Anyway, I would very much like your help. You see, I was separated from my friends and I'll need to get home soon," Tenyou then explained. "Like I said before, there are hunters after me, so you wouldn't mind if I stay here until I get better, right? If I become too troublesome, I can go somewhere else."

Hikaru, Fenleigh "Thanks, Ranpa-san," he smiled, then, "No, no! Not at all," he said, "I quite enjoy having you here anyways," he said...
"Uhm... would you... like to... go now...?" he asked hesitantly...

"To the lake? Sure, let's go," Tenyou replied. "I'm quite anxious to meet Bell-chan. Is she a swan? Her name sounds pretty, so I assume she might be pretty, too." He was somewhat eager to get off the bed, but he can't really do anything unless Fenleigh says it's okay, apparently. "Also, according to your relationship with her, I'm sre she's very likeable."
Thena thought struck him. "Oh, I was thinking about something," Tenyou suddenly said. "You seem to think that a lot of your beliefs are ridiculous to most, but they're actually very fine and reasonable. Do you need help building your self-esteem?"

Hikaru, Fenleigh Leigh smiled, "Alright," he said, "Can you move yourself? Or do you need help?" he asked, unsure about the whole birds wing thing...
WOuld it hurt?
He giggled softly, "Yes, she is, her actual name is Bella, but she doesn't like it, so she shortened it even more to Bell, since it was already her nickname," he said, "She is, too..." he smiled, "Ah, but don't mention if you find anything different about her she has... a thing about that..." he said, sweating slightly.
"Bell is actually a bit different from other swans, so..." he shrugged a bit.
"Er- eh...?" he blinked, and blushed, looking down, "Oh, n-no, I'm fine, really," he said, a little shyly..
Self esteem...? Did he really have a problem with that...?
"It's just... what I heard about being normal and... Uhm... since I live alone and everything... Uhm... SH-SHall we go now...?" he asked, helping the other up...

"Hm? Yes, I can move," Tenyou said, getting off the bed. "It still hurts, but I think I can live with it. Wings always heal, anyway." Though even after all he said he couldn't stand up straight.
"So her name is actually Bella? I suppose it fits her," he once again said as he heard the firefly speak. "Bella means 'beautiful', right? It's a fitting name for a swan. So, how is she different from the other swans? Is she a black-feathered swan, perhaps? Or maybe she's different by personality. There shouldn't be a problem either way." He once again showed his understanding smile.
Living alone might be the cause of Fenleigh's seemingly low self-esteem. It would be normal among those kinds of people, but... "Sure, let's go to the lake, but I do have a question. Do you have any friends or family that you could talk to?" Tenyou asked. "You could tell them about your love for the star. That is, if you know for sure that they won't think you're crazy."

Hikaru, Fenleigh "Ah, that's good," he said, smiling, "Hmn... Well, I'll ask Bell about that, she's a bird too, after all," he said, smiling.
"Yeah, it does, but uhm... I think you'll find out when we get there," he said, sweating slightly though he smiled.
"Eh? Er... N-No... Not really," he said, kind of sadly, "Well, other than Bell, there are... very few... others..."
