(Ouch, good luck with the grounding)
Kipcha was uneasy with the tension that seemed to hover between the two males, and the sudden appearence of another dog was not much of a surprise, with the growing number of the group, they could be smelt from 2 or 3 blocks away. Kipcha had no intention to make herself known by the group, but she did want to gather some information on the possible threats later on. So he owns almost half of the city? I can't allow myself to tread on his territory then, Kipcha thought to herself. She kept silent and low, waiting for more to be said.

"I claim the west side, From the main city to the beach, with the dump at it's heart." He said tensly wondering if this 'Scat' would challenge him over it. He was the same build as Shadow, but he was sure he didn't have much fighting experiance.
Trixie stood up as the new dog came to introduce itself. She was much shorter then all of them being a terrier mix but she didn't mind. She wagged her tail and greeted him, "I'm Trixie." She said merrily. "Who are you?"
Shadow stood close by his stance stiff at the arrival of yet another dog. Technically Shadow wasn't in his territory but it was only a block away and he was uneasy about finding so many males near it.

((Thanks))
"I'm Bo," He proclaimed, his voice full of joy and excitement. "Wait... part of what you claim is that dump? That place I'm always eating from? you must not be a very good enforcer of your territory." Bo looked around. "So who is everybody else?"

"SO you're that...." Shadow brindled, his hackles rising and his lips curled back in a silent snarl. "Cool it." Trixie steped infront of him and 'fawped' him with her tail. "He's shadow. The dump is part of his territory. It's not so well guarded at the moment cause he's been guarding me lately." She smiled a little guiltily. Shadow looked at her, "Of course I have to guard you. I leave you for ten minutes and you've already found two more males." He ignored the Collie.

"If you ask me, only pansies have to claim territory. Little punks like you are afraid that other things will take their stuff, and since they're to afraid fight, they have to try and claim some run down part of the city and try and scare everything out of the area, making it harder on all the other strays." Bo shook his head. "Claim territory... what a joke." Bo may have been 3 weeks old by human standards, and even then still small for his age, he had powerful opinions, and he wasn't afraid to voice them.

"You're awfully loud for a puppy. If I didn't have 'better' things to do, I'd teach you a lesson." Shadow said casually. He'd had arguments like this before and he didn't care what the other's thought. He had proved he could keep a constant food source for himself and his b***h, and he had the scarrs to prove it. "Which reminds me." he turned to scat, Stay away from my b***h." He'd fought over her many times, and was willing to do so as many times as it took.
Trixie rolled her eyes. "who said I was yours?" she wanted to say, but didn't want to start a fight, so she stayed silent, like always.

Bo growled, his happy demeanor gone. "Try me. I've fought and beaten dogs larger than you that have half the punk and twice the heart. And does it make you feel good; throwing your weight around other strays, trying to take advantage of those smaller than you, claiming other dogs who it seems would rather have nothing to do with you?" Bo's look got meaner. "Get a grip! You are a nobody! And that's all you'll ever be if you don't grow the h*** up!!"

Kipcha watched as the young stray allowed is emotions to get the better of him, and the larger male was probably not going to hold back. The last thing she wanted was a fight to erupt, but she didn't know what to do that could possibly get them distracted from each other. Kipcha stayed where she was, and if the situation didn't get any better, she might interupt.

Current time in the city: 7:45 (sunset) Current weather in the city: Drizzles about to start, continuing through the night. Temperatures from 65 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scat bristled as he watched the argument unfold. Shadow was really defensive for the talk he put out, and Scat wasn't exactly sure he could back it up. The pup was going to get hurt though. Scat stood, realizing that Kona had come to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with him.
"Listen. I know we didn't meet in the best way" she whispered as the argument continued, "but I want you to know, you seem like a good dog. And I've got your back." Scat looked into the collie's blue and yellow eyes.
He nodded in agreement. Neither of them had anything but good feelings towards Trixie, but Shadow seemed a little volatile. And, there was the question of that other dog. The pup's scent didn't match that which Scat had smelled earlier. It was even more difficult to make out now that more dogs had crowded into the small garden, and it set Scat on edge. He wondered if Shadow had brought along a minion, and that's why he was being such a big-shot.
Scat made a decision. He opened his mouth to speak, and was cut off by an "Oh Crap" from Kona. Suddenly, there was a loud shattering sound a sharp pain in his back paw. Kona barked a string of profanities at the thrower. A broken beer bottle lay in pieces next to the to dogs, the owner of the home obviously alerted by the growling of the argument. Another few beers bottles were launched into the air, glittering in the fading and overcast sky.

The crash of the bottles startled Kipcha, causing her to stumble into the open. Seeing that she had nothing better to do, she called out, "Don't stand there and get pelted by bottles, come on." She only waited a few seconds before running off down the sidewalk, not pausing to see if the others would follow, but she was just happy that the random interupption would keep the two males from fighting, at least for a little while. Kipcha was running towards the ally that she had accomodated a while ago, an ally that was littered with thrown out peices of furniture, and lots of other stuff that the humans threw out. She decided that it might be the right time to share her lonely ally with others.

As soon as the first bottle was thrown Trixie lept for the wall and disappeared into the ally.
Shadow stood his ground for the moment. A bottle smashed near him, showering him with glass and giving off a rank scent. He snarled at the young dog, "This isn't over." he lept over the wall with more power then necissary to clear it. He loped back for his junkyard, hoping Trixie would be smart enough to be there.
Trixie hid in a cardboard box near a dumpster bin, and peeked out to watch Shadow's retreating figure. I should probably go back with him, it's starting to get dark.

Bo threw his 10 1/2 inch long 6 inch tall body ((just to give y'all and idea of how small he is, since I didn't put it in the appearance)) and was about to clear the fence, when a bottle caught him in the side, slamming him into the top of the fence, where he fell awkwardly over the other side. Bo took off like a shot after Shadow's retreating form, since he had a god idea where he was going, and since Bo needed food in the worst way, though he took a more indirect route, to make sure he could sneak more food out of the junkyard/dump.

Felicia walked down an ally quietly. she smelled the coffee in a cafe nearby. she sat in the dark, nipping at a bone she found, waiting until midnight so she can roam freely. it was a bit chilly, but with her coat she stayed warm, glancing at the horizon watching the beautiful sunset. the clouds were a bit grey, and it look like it might rain, she felt a little drop every now and then.

Current Time in the City: 8:00 PM (twilight) Current Weather in the City: drizzles
Scat leapt to his right and dodged the next shower of glass. He ran across the garden, jumping over the fence on the furthest end.
Kona yelped when a shard embedded itself in her paw as she skipped across the lawn, leaping over the gate the female who burst into the yard had gone over. She ran forward, not seeing anyone, limping a little on her now bleeding paw. CRAP! She cursed internally as she scraped her paw on the ground, trying to loosen the shard. She sniffed her wound, trying to see if she'd gotten dirt in it. "Hello?" she called down the alley, "did you want me to follow you?" she asked, wondering if the female was still around.
Scat continued down the alley he had landed in, snorting when a raindrop plopped on his nose. Of Course... He picked up the pace, trying to pick up the scent of Shadow and Trixie. No doubt they would be heading back to the dump. It may be on Shadow's territory, but Scat knew there'd be a good chance of finding a dry place to sleep. He continued, hoping that he wouldn't become the direction Shadow would point his aggressions on.
