Anna switched seats from the very back corner to sit near Gale and Kyle who was drooling all over his desk. As she sat there waiting for further instructions from the teacher, she pulled out a her quill and pot of ink quickly scrawling down the little bit that was written on the board. 'Werewolves eh? This'll be easy..' she thought to herself. Suddenly feeling bored by the long pause the teacher had just taken to dig through her desk momentarily she looked over at the slytherin girl with her eyes shut curiously. 'Wonder if she's sleep...hmm... I'm not giving up..' she thought before leaning over close to the girls ear and whispering "I never caught your name...How are you?" She smiled, realizing how alarmingly close she was to the girl before leaning back in her seat and kicking her boots up on the desk while patiently waiting for the girls response.

"Excelent answer. and does anyone else have anything to add about werewolves?" she said that for Anna's sake as she had just walked through the door. then then faced the hufflepuff and said "that was a good bit of spellwork there, but try to keep the noise level to a minimum next time." she then looked at her and said "what is your name please, im just getting used to new students, and im pretty sure you are new to the school."

Alex paused for a second, then lifted her head, turning toward Anna. "Its Alex..." she smiled lightly, then looked to the front of the class, thinking something to the effect of "Only excellent, indeed." Alex shook her head, wanting to smack herself. Lately she had found herself thinking more and more like....well, like a Slytherin. Which, in fact, was out of the ordinary for her. Wanting to distract herself from these thoughts, Alex turned her attention from the actual classwork to Anna. "Running a bit late, eh, Gryffindor?" she smirked, speaking lowly and knowing good and well this girl was someone she could get along with, regardless of their houses.

Gale glanced down at his paper and blinked for a moment, "Hey, Alex?" He passed her a note before he looked over at Anna, "hey sorry I didn't answer. You were in back, it would have been very obvious since we're in front."

Alex glanced at Gale for a moment, then looked down at the note he'd passed her, thinking briefly, "Oh no, am I in trouble?...." she picked the note up, and unfolded it.

Anna smiled brightly at the girl, and nodded her head in acknowledgment of Kyle. "Hmm Alex...well I got caught up in the restricted section. See I've become quite infatuated with Vampires. Interesting yet rather vile beings they are...but we don't hear much about them in the wizarding world, and the muggles only glamourize them. I'd like to meet one...that'd be quite an adventure." She stared back at her Professor who really seemed like she didn't know how to do her job. "I think I know just about everything I need to about werewolves...this is rather boring..but I cant skip every lesson now can I?" she whispered d to herself.

"Sorry Professor, my name is Blaire Sparrow, and despite my somewhat lack of maturaty in class today i'm seventeen." Blaire fiddled with her wand. "and you're right. i've just transfered from Scuola di Rassenga Magic, in Rome." Blaire then smiled. "and i have nothing to add, the other student tied the differences up well."

I need to see you in my office, if you will, Alex.
The note Gale passed her could only have been from the Headmaster. Gale shook his head slightly as he thought of being the Headmaster's note-jocky but he really didn't mind it. The Headmaster knew where he and Bella were at all times, it made it easy for them to be note-carriers.

Alex sighed, and nodded at Gale. "Thanks....I think...." she looked toward the Professor and cleared her throat. "Professor, the Headmaster wants to see me..." she looked at Anna and smiled. "I personally find them rather entertaining...werewolves that is." Alex stood, waiting for approval from her teacher.

Cam smiled at her student and said "then what are you here for? go, im sure some of the other students wouldn't mind finishing any notes you might not have if they'd like?" she looked at her students and waited for volunteeers, she wasn't going to single anyone out.

Alex smiled at Blaire. "Thank you. Goodbye, Professor." she walked out of the classroom, deciding if anyone asked her where she was going, she would either show them the note, or shove it in their mouth.

Theo was sitting near the front of the class taking down notes into his DADA notebook. He enjoyed defense against the dark arts. However, at the moment he wasn't. Many of the students were continuously chatting amongst each other breaking his concentration. He loathed loud cowarded places. He gritted his teeth trying to ignore it.

Rena had stayed mostly quiet throughout the lesson, and had kept her eyes on the interesting little things around the class instead of the subject matter. She knew pretty much all the teacher had asked thusfar, and had scribbled downt he notes absent-mindedly, wondering about her other classes.
