Well... there didn't seem to be much that he could do here, right now... either he could leave this up to the rest of them, or he could change tactics.
Option 2 sounded like the best plan... though getting too close to that thing wasn't quite the best idea in his head.
James aimed at the machine... or above it. For the missiles to come down right beside it, it would either have to fire down, or up... up seemed to be the way that it was designed to fire, so as the barrage of missiles fired into the air before they could arc down on towards the RAIFers, James took aim as best he could, through the scope of his rifle, and fired a shot at each of the four missiles. He didn't have enough ammunition to be able to waste more than that.

((Well, whaddya know... he was coming on a collision course!))
The robot skidded slightly to the side as the bike crashed into it, leaving a slight dent in its heavy armor. The only thing that kept it up was its four legs, but that meant that it was completely unable to use them as a counter-attack against any kind of mellee offensive.

The blade was stuck pretty well. A flick of his wrist later and he was flying towards the robot, still holding firm to his blade. He landed right beside the robot and pulled hard on his blade, it coming loose.
He let the sword go limp again, throwing it around the left leg on the back side. Then, he began to run away, holding hard to the hilt.

Due to James' quick thinking, the missiles did little more than send a heat-wave at Artillery's attackers. It responded by sending another volley up immediately, apparently with the same intention.

...that's 150mph. Racecar speed. It'd do more than dent. Anyways...)
The bike, of course, wasn't meant to handle that kind of impact. And so, sitting right next to the robot now, it did the only thing it could do considering it used jet fuel for that last boost.
It exploded. Right next to the robot. And it's legs.

James dropped the rifle, whether he hit the missiles or not, this was getting out of hand, and his team was in real danger here...
His left hand grabbed the other briefcase, and he took off running towards the machine, as fast as he could. He couldn't open the case just yet, it could be troublesome... but...

Being in the air at the time these new missiles were launched, Allen saw himself as their obvious target. And so he went higher, planning on leading the missiles, and hoping to god that someone would save his a**.

Stopping her mad dash and looking around frantically, Sey realized they were all too spread apart for a single barrier cast. So she decided to do the next best thing.
"For Falis!"
Sey felt her hands burst into a blaze of white fire for the first time since Grand Battle, and focused on the machine.
24 Spears of holy energy crackled with white lightning above her head, and she sent them flying towards the machine, sending all 24 towards the leg closest to her.
"FOR RAIF!" arrow Starry Night - 2 dozen (24) spears of holy energy form above the caster and fling towards a/multiple targets, causing massive holy damage. The spears are 6 feet in length and are 2 inches in diameter.

((Crim- true, but Artillery's armor is one of two strengths it has. While it's throwing everything it's got at you guys right now, it's also at it's most vulnerable, and I honestly don't see it making it out of this fight alive.
Which is fine. I chose the weakest robot for myself for a reason. xp ))
The missiles didn't go after Allen. Rather, they went after the targets closest to Artillery. They didn't go for a direct crash-course, however. Rather, they aimed for the space behind the attackers, hoping to maximize damage to them while minimizing damage to Artillery itself.
Even as this was happening, Artillery's front-left leg was completely obliterated, and the machine began to totter precariously downhill...

Alber kept tugging hard on the back left leg from four feet behind and to the left of Artillery. He was going to make this leg give out soon- the ground couldn't hold for long.

The missle weren't going to be much use with that many people up close, andf it would be very difficult to hit the people at a distance with all of Sey's spells.
But still, the danger was the damn machine falling and crushing them.
He was almost there though, wheather he would do damage or pull someone out of wreakage was undecided.

Seeing as he was safe, Allen looked down, trying to find an opening for him and his sword to be of use.
"...dammit, I liked that bike too. At least I still have the blueprints..."
