Sitting around the base, casually drumming his fingers, AA commander Hobart and his two other AA friends sat around a small, square pop-up poker table quietly playing a game of cards; nothing in particular, just something to pass the time. Suddenly, Hobart noticed a small area of grass rustling around. Upon closer inspection, he deemed it as a threat. "John, Booth, battle stations, I think this may be the real deal!" John and Booth hurriedly went to their positions. For John, he directed particularly angled 12.7mm machine gun, and for Booth he did the same. As for Hobart however, Hobart was in charge of the four, positioned together ten-thousand round each 12.7mm mini cannons. Because the weight of the entire weapon was absorbed by the fifty foot concrete watch tower and anti-air suit, Hobart could pretty much maneuver the weapon anywhere in a 120 degree angle. Together, all three units could cover 360 degrees of area, and could shoot accurately up to a mile. If only the soldiers could see their targets...

"Oorah!" Adam yelled. The rest of his firteam joined in on the motivation "Oorah!" They shouted in unison. Adam pulled his charging lever back and the rest of his fireteam followed suit. He didn't know where the second fireteam was, but he knew they were going to come eventually. Adam rammed a magazine into the mag well of the AR-10 and pulled the charging lever back. He put the weapon on safety and started jogged across the beach with his fireteam spread out following behind him.

The Priest and Preacher sat in his same position on the beach. Given the distance between them and the Base, The Priest was fully aware of the situation at hand. The enemies had 12.7mm rounds that could reach up to four miles, and were accurate up to one. One small detail was in The Priests advantage; he was accurate up to 1.3 miles. Glancing over to his partner, who was also lying prone in the sand like the rest of them, the Priest rested his eyes on his x10 scope. "Preacher, give me stats please."

A small moment passed. Preacher, furiously digging through his book, finally recited the information he had been calculating the whole time. "Wind speed; 2.4 mph. Distance, roughly 1.2 miles. Coriolis effect; negligible. Temperature- 70 degrees. Humidity, 34%. Elevation to target; 4.51 degrees."

1.2 miles was the equivalent of 2112 yards; perfect for his ideal shot. At those ranges, his BMG round would be silent. No-one would even notice that his target would be down unless they saw him fall over. The BMG round meant instant death. Wrapping his finger around the small metal protruding piece, Priest pulled back with a force of ten pounds, officially opening up the chamber and officially allowing another BMG .500 round to go in. For a 2100 yard engagement at a 5 degree angle, Preacher adjusted his mil dot settings to 12 mil dots above the target, and 6 to the left for wind and fall compensation. Having his cross hairs aligned directly on his target, the preacher waited for the opportune time to fire.

Inficio Constupro followed Adam Wong and his fireteam, slowly. Constupro knew the trouble the other units would have in spotting them; even rash movements could give them away. Resting his hope on the entire squad, Con figured he was close enough to go ahead and take aim. Kneeling down, placing his right knee perpendicular to he ground, Con brought his Mk. 41 to his shoulder. Placing a fifty round clip on the top of his gun, he pressed down until he heard a small 'click', registering that the rifle was now loaded. He instantly felt the weapon become roughly two and a half pounds heavier, tightened his grip, and peered through the scope.

Con glanced over at billy, and made a motion with his right hand, much like imitating an airplane wing, and then swung it over himself."Go ahead with the rest of the squad. I'm staying here becuase my job is to provide supporting fire. Your an assault rifleman; catch up with the rest of the team, but do it quietly. Your not going to be able to reach the enemy from here."Con then resumed peering through his scope. He raised the scope up a slight bit, roughly .6 of a mil dots up, and .2 to the right, to hopefully get a rough area of where he was supposed to be shooting at. In essence, he WAG'ed it, an acronym standing for "Wild a** Guess".

The time to act was now. Everyone was in position. The squad was exactly how it was meant to be. Any more time wasted, and the enemy would spot them.."Okay soldiers, fire! Fire at will!"Having his gun directly aimed on John's position, and every prementioned mechanic set into motion, Con tightened his grip on his rifle, and squeezed the trigger.
