Okays, I guess I'm here as an...adviser(?) for now. If you need any help with anything, just point me in the direction of what needs to get done. Other then that, if you need help with Japanese translations, just give me a general idea of what you need, and I'll get back to you with a few choices with the different kanji meanings explained. ^^

Nah, I'm American as all get out, but I've taken formal Japanese classes for five years now...and occasionally break out my Rosetta Stone program to practice.
I'll go look over the rules and profile skeleton, then get back to you.

I've been trying to find some Japanese classes, but they are rather difficult to come by where I live, and I cannot afford Rosetta Stone as of right now.. lol
If you would like, you could always assume control of one of the noble houses? That would limit your responsibilities, but still give you a solid title.

Whoopsie!
It seems I left out a couple things..
We need a guild banner, which I will be spending some time looking into, but if anyone knows a relatively inexpensive artist, let me know.
We also need to begin.. dare I say it? Plot discussion!
Every good guild needs a basic plot line, other wise it will go no where.
One last thing..
We need to work out a method for Squad Missions, as I will be wanting those implemented into the day to day.

How about if I unleash a horde of ebil hollows on the human world, while having one large hollow being the master of them and then having myself riding on top of it(XD) in like this container thing made of it's hollow mask. People would have to fight off the hollows, and then kill off the huge one to end it. Afterwords, maybe I could fight a few people(?) XD
Just a random one I just thought up.

That's a solid plot, Asuma, but it would probably have to wait until we have a member base established, and would function more as a sub plot than anything else.
