Description:
The user pulls a seal(the animal) out of seemingly nowhere and uses it like a baseball bat to hit the opponent. The seal is neither alive nor dead, and is just a hunk of chakra shaped like a seal that makes seal noises. The seal is capable of breaking bones, as it has the same consistency as a seal. It will disappear after the jutsu is dispelled, or if hit by another jutsu. The seal can be used for weapon styles.

Description:
The user draws forth all the ambient silliness in an area and creates a whirling vortex of Confetti. The confetti does a surprising amount of damage for being, well, confetti. It will hit your opponent like a normal rasengan, but will also cause small cuts from the tiny pieces of paper. It does not knock an opponent back like a normal rasengan, only checks them if they are hit. The confetti rasengan, being a weaker version, can be formed in one hand.

Description:
The user creates a clone that can cause all hell to break loose. The clone can make copies that look like the users jutsu, but really do nothing. Nothing the clone can do actually causes more than a disraction. The clones is very fun for lightshows at parties. Though people with epilepsy may want to steer clear of flashing lights, as that would be sad if they had a bad thing happen icon_cry.gif But anyway, people looking at the clone with special powers will see it as a fully formed human being(byakugan sees a network/sharingan/ranmaru see chakra colors.) the clone can be instantly killed by yelling "WAKA WAKA Fling alpdkjp" loudly. Otherwise it must simply be hit with a jutsu, and it will pop like a baloon.

Description:
The user does a few seals and opens their arms wide. Rifts in reality will appear and fire off gouts of endless fireworks. While they do little harm there are very annoying. They create bright flashes that make it hard to concentrate. This causes the user to be untrackable by vision for as long as they maintain the jutsu. The jutsu costs a jounin jutsu for every post you keep it open.

The user has gotten so annoyed with the opponent that they feel like facepalming, but the tables have been turned. Th user will face palm themselves first. and then suddenly make an open palmed smash to the opponents face. If it hits them squarely it will break their nose, and knock them on their butt if you have medical power.

Description:
The user has the ability to sense whether someone is a murderer merely by watching them act. The way they speak, the way they move. Everything gives them away. This jutsu can only be learned by someone who has in turn committed cold blooded murder. Accidental or defensive does not count. The user does not gain any special info about the killing. They simply know that the person is a killer just like them.

Description:
This jutsu can only be used after splitting apart with the sand doppelganger jutsu. Both the user, their doppelganger, and an area covering roughly 30 feet around them in a circle will be bathed in golden light. Everything will seem more real. The shining glow and everything in it can be seen by anything. Inside it miracles are reality. The blind can see, the crippled can move, and the raging are calmed. This jutsu provides a temporary respite from darkness. There can be no shadows inside the light. Nor any darkness. Any attempts at such things are mere wastes of chakra. The jutsu can stay maintained as long as the user and the doppelganger stay within 10 feet of each other and stay at a walking pace. This jutsu does not allow concealment. It is impossible to hide from the beacons. This jutsu is sometimes used as a religious device. the weapon cannot technically hurt an opponent unless their body is formed of dark or evil(yamikonton releases/8 tails releases). however while the jutsu is active medical jutsu cost 1 rank less chakra, but are not boosted. and can be made to affect everyone within the light.

Description:
This jutsu requires two people(or a shadow clone if you have both elements). One to provide medical chakra, and the other wind chakra. The jutsu creates a burst of wind that decays flesh that it touches. it requires a full post of contact to actaully melt anything, but still causes irritation and burns if it glances. The blast is only twice as wide as the users mouth, so it is easier to dodge than most medical destructive jutsu. The blast travels only as fast as the average stream type jutsu.

Description:
The user takes materials from their home turf (sand for sand users, dirt/mud for most others.) and covers the puppet in it to make it seem as if it is human. the disguise will fool most ninja, and can only be seen through by ninja with sensory bloodlines/clans, puppet users of your rank, and medics of higher rank. the disguise will break if the puppet is hit too hard, so it is not beneficial in a fight.

Description:
This jutsu is the ultimate in air power, rivaled only by the seventh angel. The user coats their hand or hands with epic amounts of chakra and lets it billow around them in winds of gale force power. When the user punches with that fist anything in front of it is dragged toward it with sandblast breakthrough scale winds. Right before touching the target the packed chakra blasts out blowing everything in a cone in front of the fist out of the current thread. The blast can be dodged at point blank if the opponent is fast/strong enough, and can be blocked provided a good enough shield is provided. This jutsu is only possible because of shukkaku's control over the pressure in the air. The user cannot move their legs of their own volition while using the jutsu. No hand seals may be performed in the post the jutsu is used.

Description:
When the user is about to be punched in the head, or if a one armed attack has just been dodged, the user bends his knees drooping down, dodging the headshot or moving a step closer to the dodging opponent. the user then punches with their other hand, attempting to hit the opponent in the ribs. Even though nothing is added to the punch, a hit to the ribs can hurt.

Description:
the user causes the air pressure around an opponent tofluctaute high and low extremely fast, causing them to suffer a terrible nosebleed. It's only temporary, but it gets on their close and everything. Nasty stains and all that jazz. On living targets it makes them feel lightheaded. It somehow affects human puppets by teleporting blood from their heart to their fake nose, but doesn't make them feel any different.

Description:
The user can cleanse someones body of all poison currently inside it forcefully. This jutsu is mostly unused for battle purposes, as after it's use the person whos poison is removed falls unconscious. The jutsu cannot be used on people who do not have poison in their systems(so you cant just knock out an enemy willy nilly.) The jutsu works by restricting the veins that the poison is flowing through and causing a mix of the poison and some blood from the recipient to be expelled from the mouth. This can require the patient to become slightly anemic the day or two after treatment. To use the jutsu the user must grip the patient and pump them with chakra to constrict the veins. The jutsu doesn't work on acidic poisons that cause things to disintegrate, or other fast working poisons. Only long term ones. it also does not work on demon poisons.

Description: This genjutsu causes the user to appear to glow with fiery red rage, their hair and eyes turn bright red, and fire appears to dance around them. They then release a wave of fire that appears to burn the things around it. If this fire does not hit the target it transforms into a large fiery bird that flies towards the targeted ninja. Ninjutsu will travel through the bird, as it is a genjutsu, so many ninja will through techniques at it in attempt to get rid of it. The bird flies rather slowly, so it is not useful for moving in tight spaces. When it hits a wall it spreads from that area and then immediately ceases, as if it was never there. If it hits a person they will feel intense burning for a short time, and then the genjutsus effects will dissapear.

Description:
In this simple jutsu the user creates a handful(3 or 4) illusory shuriken in their grasp, and then throws them at the target. The target will see the shuriken somehow move faster than possibility, and feel themselves be cut in multiple places. If they look they will see small wounds, but the wounds will not hamper their abilities at all, or hurt after the initial pain.

Description: The user of this jutsu builds water from the air or water source to create a crescent moon slash that hits a target with the blunt force of a punch. it is enough to check people, but not do heavy damage. The wave is around 20 feet wide, but only half a foot thick. It is a very simple move, but builds up to other such techniques. The water remains clear and clean throughout the jutsu.

Description:
The user of this jutsu hits the ground with both palms and lets chakra flow into it. Then a large snake made of sand erupts from the earth and bites at the opponent. the snake is only good for one bite whether it hits or not, and will dissolve after that bite. The bite injects the opponent with sand, causing irritation and pain over time. The snakes initial foray is as strong as the users normal sand, but if it does not bite at all it will still dissolve after one post. The snake is roughly four feet thick and can grow to a length of twenty feet at maximum.
