I'm not sure how much you could do...I photoshopped the cape...but you could pick up the red punkband, and get something like a red royal cloak might work if you put on some sort of red scarf or something as well, brown musketeer boots for the feet(if only there were yellow or gold musketeer boots), and black musketeer pants work pretty nicely and are fairly accurate, any all-black short-sleeved shirt would do I think...Eye style two red and the flow haircut after you've 'deleted' your current avatar base(all it does is make it so you can restart the look of your avatar, like changining the eye or hair style). That's about it I think...
