(Yeah it's the same reason I didn't roll. You need to succeed on both checks. Tec is being changed to Accuracy for mainly everything that deals with eyesight and everyone can spot every small detail with a range equal to their score. Essentially those with a low score need glasses. Mental is just to put two and two together to react to what you see.)

Almost as if on cue a larger glare of light reflected off half a dozen steel weapons. Six men passing by Gina with several slowing before passing anyone. With a quick flick of the wrist and one turn everyone was slashed in the back. The man behind Gina grabbed hold of her to look her in the eyes. "You're the ones heading for the labs?! Don't Waste Everyone's Time! You Don't Deserve To Take Those Powerful Weapons! OUR GUILD SHOULD BE IN YOUR PLACE!"

Nut gave a concerned look at Reznov, throwing a ball of glowing energy at him, which fell to the ground and died. He turned back to his oppressor, pointing his fingers in the air, whirled them in a circle... and a pine cone fell from a nearby tree and bounced off his foes head at a slightly harmful speed. Nut facepalmed.

With quick movements of his body and hands and with focused eyes the Thief made his move. dodging one bullet, powered with the essence of power, and Slipping his hand onto Reznov's wrist and another past the safety of the rifle he tried to forcefully remove the rifle from his foe's grasp.
Roll for Speed to avoid being robbed
The other thief seeing nothing of value on his foe and slashed at Hunter. His Kukri taking another gash out of Hunter as a burning feeling moved through his veins breaking down and forcing a small shake in his hands.
Thief 2 attacks Hunter.
