Dakota looked at Niku and looked at him puzzled. He flipped through all his people who he is suposed to meet papers and looks back to Niku. "I dont recall me asking for a meeting with you. who sent you?"

well i do kind but i dont know what kind of missoins you guys do i mean i know its says what kind of squad you guys are but i want to know what kind of missions

He smirked a bit and a moment later began to explain. "We investigate crime in the Seireitei, Hueco Mundo, The Human World, and any other worlds discovered. We also Execute criminals and depending on my say we go out and kill the target on sight if need be." He said with slight laughter in his voice.

(There were a couple of points though, two which I want you to work on.)
(Making your posts longer in battles.)
(You were using Shikai powers but never stated you went into Shikai.)
