Omaro sighed. He did indeed want to fight Tsuna, but the fact if the matter was, Sonia was correct. They were both acting like children. Removing his hand from his Zanpakuto's hilt, he placed it inside his jean pocket. "Hehe. Anytime, anywhere, scarf boy," Omaro said mockingly before walking toward the door of the office. Before exiting the office, Omaro turned back to look at Sonia. "I would also like to test my skills against you, doll," he said before he winked and stepping out of the door, headed toward the training grounds.

"Sure you can count on me, do you have any idea where I might find the baby diapers and pacifers for these two?" Kazuma joked as he stepped aside to let one of his would-be charges by. Although he had originally come to the Captain's Office with no actual motive he would now seemingly be leaving with the job of watching two of his squad mates duke it out to see who was more powerful. Kazuma wouldn't actually mind the thought of joining in on the fight himself - after all he would be able to test himself on two new opponents as well as having the chance to get a feel for the combat style of his comrades-in-arms - something that would be essential in a situation where tactical teamwork would be of use. Glancing over to the other man he waited in hopes that he would also leave like the first one had - and that both would go to the training grounds, if they didn't then to hell with it, Kazuma would go in search of barbeque.
((I didn't use any names yet because Kazuma don't know the names of well... any of ya yet lol))

Sonia's eye twitched as Tsuna wrapped his arms around her waist, the fact that he had the audacity to even try this irked her. The lieutenant placed a smile on her lips as she turned around and faced Tsuna, with exaggerated sultriness she placed a hand on either side of the shinigami's head and leaned in close as if she were going to kiss him. "You know what Tsuna, I think you would try to protect me; I admire that." Sonia whispered as she used her fingertip to trace his jawline.
Moving in even closer so that her lips hovered just a few hairsbreadth away from his own she whispered, "But I think you have to learn to protect yourself first." Palming his chin swiftly, the blonde ex-lieutenant tilted the shinigami's head upwards, putting him awkwardly off balance before raising her knee and slamming it into his groin with far more power and agility then her frame suggested she could do. Stepping away from the injured shinigami, Sonia growled at him, "If you even think about putting your hands on me again without my permission, you won't be getting them back."
Looking at the empty doorway she marked Omaro's words; 'I'll test your skills alright but you won't have such sweet thoughts of me when I finish boxing your ears.' Sonia thought menacingly, glancing down at Tsuna she considered kicking him while he was down but decided against it. "Get to stepping, he's heading to the training grounds; and I wouldn't want you to miss your date." the blonde said sweetly as she strode back into the Captain's office, looking over her shoulder she made one last biting remark. "You should probably go visit the Fourth first though, they'll be able to give you something for the pain. Hopefully, they'll be able to give you something for the swollen ego too."

As Tsuna was on the ground he was in pain but, he looked up at Sonia with eyes of a monster at the least then again Tsuna wasn't going kill her he actually liked the fact that she was playing hard to get. Tsuna stood up and said to her before he started to walk away. "Ill be alright for now. The pain will go away, I do have a training match to get to. So maybe if you have time later we could actually talk." As Tsuna said that as he smiled at Sonia and walked out of the office. It was simple he was going to fight Omaro. Tsuna also decided that he wasn't going to let Sonia go that easy also. -exit to the training ground-

Kazuma watched the rather risque event that was unfolding up until it hit it's climax where it became some sort of punishment on manhood. Kazuma watched with a twitching smile on his face as he held back his laughter. But it was futile as a chuckle broke out from between his lips. "Hehehe, Fate must'a brought me here to witness this moment - yeah, fitting reason" Kazuma mused to himself once more about his lack of reason for coming to the office in the first place. Kazuma watched as the rather quickly-recovering groin struck man made his exit from the office as well. Before making his own exit, Kazuma glanced at the female with his right hand - specifically his index finger - stroked his chin, in some sort of inquisitive manner. "Say, out of curiosity - what are my chances of getting you to go out drinking with me?" Kazuma asked. After all it was fun to entertain the thought and unlike the advances of his comrade, Kazuma wasn't exactly in it to try and hitch up with the pretty lady - he was simply in need of a drinking buddy.

Sonia looked at Kazuma and mulled over his question for a second before replying, "Stay on my good side and the odds are good for you." The blonde said with a playful wink, she wasn't a man hater just a very independent woman who disliked men who were far to forward in there advances. As long as the man in question acted the gentleman, things wouldn't develop in the same manner that it had just a moment before. "Save me a seat and I might just drop by." The former lieutenant said, she had a habit of dropping in at the right time, if Kazuma was lucky he might just get the chance to see the blonde take out a drunk Tsuna.

"Right - stay on your good side, left or right?" Kazuma continued to joke. It was part of a laid back demeanor he had been starting to develop after his first realization that he had died. After all what would have been the point of being a grumpy idiot when your a transparent being that half of the living world will barely believe in. "Save you a seat? Note to Self: place rocks on chairs to denote saving for friends" Kazuma muttered - it was quiet but not in the sense that he was trying to keep it to himself, just that when someone noted to themselves aloud they did it in hushed tones - Kazuma was just keeping the tradition in check. Eventually lifting his left foot to start walking he twirled on his right foot to turn himself around 180 degrees - so that he was now facing the exit. With his head glanced over his left shoulder and Sonia visible out of the corner of his eye - he gave the former lieutenant a single wave as he started to walk off. "Well talk to you later, I got babies to... baby sit" With those last words Kazuma headed out of the Captain's Office and towards the 8th Squad's Training Grounds.

Tansen let out another sigh of exasperation as he felt the droplets of sliding off him and out of his room, sending a chill down the young captain's spine as it snaked down his body like some kind of slimy...thing. As he started putting on his new hakama he couldn't but overhear the conversation going between his two new recruits and Sonia, and winced when he heard the moaning sound and thud against the ground that was Tsuna's punishment. Throwing on the last of his clothes and tying his sash on tightly, the young captain let out one last sigh before opening the door to his office and stepping inside.
"Well, I see you took care of them for me Sonia, thanks. Now back to buisiness. What are you doing here? How did you get here? Where have you been? This goes for you too, Suri. I want answers."
Folding his arms across his chest, Tansen faced the two women, the look on his face practically begging for some answers to explain the arrival of the two former lieutenant's in his office. Between the surprise visitors and fighting, it was getting to be one exhausting night, and the captain was getting pretty frusterated...

Sonia reclined against the wall as she formulated her thoughts, the story was a long one and it would be best to tell it in as simple a manner as possible. On the other hand, Tansen deserved to hear all the details not just the overview of the tale. After several moments of tense silence, the stalwart blonde looked at Tansen and let her happy-go-lucky facade drop away.
The former vice-captain had been through hell during the Arrancar occupation of the Seireitei, having elected to stay behind in order to prevent the hollows from following after the fleeing squads. She had lead a guerilla campaign against them and developed a great deal of skill in ambush and stealth capabilities; but it had taken its toll on her. She had become fiercely independent and had developed a very serious personality that she concealed very well in front of others to put them at ease.
"If you recall before my departure I had been studying strange weather phenomenon on Earth; droughts where for years there had been plentiful rain, floods where rain barely fell a few inches per year. During these abnormal weather occurences there was a rise of hollow reports in those areas and I got suspicious. I calculated the next most likely area for the phenomenon and went by myself to see if my hunch would pay off." Sonia began her recitation as she stepped away from the wall and began to pace slowly across the office.
"I had timed my arrival just in time to catch the first of the heavy rains, as I had suspected their was reiatsu imbued within the rain water. I initiated a full out investigation for the being that was behind the weather disturbances; which wasn't very difficult since all I had to do was look for the biggest concentration of hollows in the area." Sonia paused as she sat down on the edge of Tansen's desk and rubbed her eyes. It was clear to see that she was exhausted, probably had been for some time but hadn't even considered dropping her ruse until she was back home.
"I discovered that the root of the problem was a group of Adjuchas, they were moving into areas of high spirit energy and using them as bait points to draw in lesser hollow. I can only assume that the group had been of a mind to progress into Vasto Lorde; but I never ascertained as to why they were using Earth as they're hunting grounds, further more they weren't going into large population centers where shinigami were actively present." Sonia recounted her investigation with ease, more than likely she had been planning on reporting all this to Tansen directly when things fell apart.
Sonia explained how she got too close to the group as they were moving, she had managed to observe them from a safe distance as they consumed the Hollows by suppressing her own spirit pressure and only approaching when the Adjuchas were in the middle of battle where their attention was elsewhere. The plan had been working for a while but as the group of Intermedate Great Hollows had been on the move she had used a shunpo and gotten too close while their attention had been at its most sensitive.
The young Vice Captain at the time had found herself swiftly in a bad position as the Adjuchas began to track her in turn. She had managed to keep far enough ahead of them to get to a mountain pass where she had successfully evaded the group of them but had simultaneously trapped herself. With four of the powerful Hollows looking for a single Shinigami she was at a major disadvantage, especially since the creatures were looking to keep their prescense low key. Sonia had no chance of evading them all the way to a gateway to retreat back to Soul Society for reinforcements.
The only available option was to confront force with force and once again establish a guerilla campaign against her adversaries. Taking action into her own hands, the young woman had decided to hunt her hunters and cange the tables.
"It was difficult considering I didn't have much in the way of resources but the terrain provided plenty of venues from which to inititate the moves. The real problem was using my reiatsu sparingly and spacing out my attacks. I couldn't go all out and attract all of the Adjuchas to a single location. I succeded in the long run, but death from a thousand cuts is not very easy to pull off when you're using hit and run manuevers." Sonia explained as she pinched the bridge of her nose.
In her attacks, Sonia would utilize bakudo to hold the Hollow in place long enough for her to get in a few good hits before fleeing quickly and setting up her next assault. But attacking wasn't the only goal, she also had to survive; several close calls occured when she was ambushed herself. The battles had been drawn out over a long period of time as both forces began to wear out. Victory came slowly, one Hollow at a time.
"When I thinned them down to one I figured it was a chance to break away and try to get back. It was nearly a clean getaway but he figured that I might try to bolt and was waiting. The last Adjuchas pinned me down in a ravine and went all out." Sonia paused for a moment as she recalled that event, her hand rose and rubbed a spot along her clavicle. "He got me good, I was on my last legs and he forced me to go shikai."
Sonia could recall vividly the blood that had flowed from the wound that the Hollow had opened up along her collar bone. Her last minute leap had saved her from a swift beheading. She had leaped into a ravine and met a small dam that the Adjuchas had built there in expectation of her evasion. Trapped at a lower elevation with no where to run, the Hollow had charged a Cero and planned to wipe her out entirely.
The light had been drawn in by that crimson sphere and Sonia could feel the malvolence behind the gaze of the Hollow. The draconian creature easily dwarfed her in size and strength, the leader of his fallen brethren he was perhaps the closest to transitioning to Vasto Lorde. The blonde lieutenant had felt sheer terror at that moment as panic seized her heart at that moment.
She heard it faintly at first but the reptilian hiss of her second spirit called out to her, the serpent from the sea was begging to roar back at the dragon perched on the cliff above her. The shinigami's hand fell to the hilt of her zanpakuto and drew the blade in a single swift movement as she released her shikai. Her reiatsu peaked at a level she hadn't felt before as she roared up at the Adjuchas, her eyes ablaze as she yelled in defiance and challenge.
As the beast above her fired his cero, Sonia swung her blade and released a flood of water; a giant wave that met the cero head on. The two forces raged for supremacy before bursting in an explosion that bit into the rock face of the cliff and caused a rockslide. The hollow above her scrambled as the ground fell out beneath it, and the shinigami charged forward her zanpakuto scraping against the stone before she leapt and swung the blade with all her might, a sickle of water preceding the the katana's edge as she sliced through the bont plate that was the Adjuchas' mask.
"I slayed the dragon but was so tired I couldn't even lift a finger when the fight was done. I don't know how long I laid there, or how many times I swam between conciousness and unconciousness. But when I finally stirred, I practically dragged myself back to the nearest city and made contact with the shinigami. I was too drained at that point to make the crossing back into the Seireitei so I was treated by one of the Shinigami until I was prepared to make the crossing back into Soul Society." Sonia finished her tale by patting the desk she was still sitting on.
"But I finally made it back, more or less in one piece."

Hope for the best... The new recruit Renashu walked down the hall leading to Captain Tanses's office, swinging his can lightly from side to side, tapping it on the floor. Although he was blind, he didn't really need the cane, but it caused vibrations, and sound waves, so he used it when he was moving around. Walking up to the door Renashu heard several voices coming from inside. Deliberating for a moment, Renashu stepped up to the door, and tapped on it lightly. Hopefully the captain would not be too busy to help him out. Well, at least I'll be able to introduce myself.

Listening to Sonia's story, Tansen couldn't help but feel guilty for giving her up as gone and replacing her with another lieutenant. Letting out a small sigh, Tansen noticed the tapping on the door, signalling the presense of yet another visitor. he just couldn't seem to catch a break today...
"Alright, I'll accept that. It's good to have you back Sonia. Your room in the barracks hasn't been touched yet, so you can head back there for now and we'll speak again later once you've rested up. As for you Suri, I don't know what your circumstances for being here are but you clearly want avoid being noticed for whatever reason. I suppose I can leave it alone for now, but I'll be expecting answers later. In the meantime, you can use my room here to rest. Now if you two will excuse me, I have another visitor."
Walking past Sonia, Tansen made his way over to the office door and gently opened it, allowing him to get a look at his new visitor. Noting his unusual eyes and cane, the young captain spoke up softly and adressed the newcomer.
"Can I help you?"

Hope for the best...
Feeling someone walk towards the door, Renashu stood back slightly, as it was opened, he noted the stature of the man before him, and titled his head up to face the taller man. "Ah yes, My name is Renashu Vas Altoren, I'm looking for Captain Tansen?" Of course due to his lack of sight Renashu had no idea he was talking to the captain already, once he was introduced, he would memorize the sound of his voice, and his reiatsu signature.

As the newcomer asked for the captain of the squad, Tansen confirmed his suspicions that the man was blind. If he wasn't, then he should've been able to easily tell that the man in front of him was the squad eight captain from his famous white hair. Remembering that he had just accepted a blind shinigami into the squad, Tansen concluded that this must be his new recruit, and spoke up in reply.
"That would be me. Judging by your blindness, I assume that you're the new recruit from the academy, yes? Normally I'd offer you a cup of tea and introduce myself properly, but I'm afraid that right now isn't a very good time. I'm very sorry, but could you maybe come again another time?"

Hope for the best...
Slightly surprised that the captain was not shocked by his rather unusually coloured eyes, Renashu nodded in acknowledgment to Tansen's request. "Certainly Captain, I need to go unpack my things anyway, all I really needed to know was; which room in the barracks is mine, and who I should talk to about doing some combat training." Renashu was actually a very self motivated person, but since he was a newcomer to the squad he was being very careful not to get in anyone's way.

Rather pleased with the new recruit's quick response, a small smile formed over the captains lips as Renashu inquired about combat training. He hadn't even unpacked yet, but still took the time to come meet him and inqure about training... It was very much like how he was when he had first joined the Gotei Thirteen. Deciding that he liked this newcomer to the squad, Tansen spoke up in reply to Renashu's questions, eager to assist the shinigami and help him feel more comfortable.
"If I recall correctly, your room is the third room on the fourth floor of the squad barracks. As for combat training, you should go ask our Vice Captain, who can usually be found in his office. I'm sure that he'll be kind enough to answer any questions you might have. Also you shou-"
Before the captain was able to finish his sentence, a hell butterfly came flying towards him, and landed gently on his should to relay it's message to him. A grim expression now on Tansen's face, the shinigami captain let out a small sigh as the winged messenger finished delivering it's message and fluttered away.
"Sorry, but it looks like I'll have to leave it at that for now. I have something I need to do. The Vice Captain should tell you everything you need to know. Sorry again."
Running back into his room, Tansen quickly grabbed Tsumari Renkin from his bed and tucked the sword into his sash on his left side. His haori was still beyond repair, so he'd have to make due without it for now. Stepping out the door, Tansen gave a quick wave goodbye to Sonia and Suri as he ran out of the office and shunpo'd down the hallways, quietly preparing himself for his new mission...
