Ramayaga tilted it's head in confusion "Companions?... Oh it means by our speech. No we prefer to work alone." Rama sat by the edge of the fire and viewed the girl "We appreciate it's hospitality, we haven't been treated with kindness in a long time." Clicking it's fingers Rama, produced a sausage on a stick from mid-air. It held the sausage above the flames till it cooked, Rama took it off the stick with it's metal gauntlet and looked at it for a moment "We really should have thought about this before we cooked it."

Inside the tent Cyn’gus sat down at a small desk and pulled out a few sheets of parchment from the correspondence box. Dipping the nib of a quill in the inkpot to his right, he began to scribble down a few lines…
Chosen Ones,
Received one refugee this evening, a sister from the world below. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to exchange names yet. She was hungry and injured from her long journey here to the surface. It looks like it will be some time before she will be well enough to leave our care.
She seems to have received the call from our Dark Lady to receive her message. We shall share with her that a rightful place awaits her here in the Realms above, in the Land of Great Light. Should she wish to live in peace, and live beneath the sun once more, we shall accept her with open arms among our small group.
With reverence I remain your faithful servant…
Cyn’gus Drathir’kyorli
Folding the parchment, he retrieves a stick of wax from the small box on the desk. Placing it over the seem of folder parchment, Cyn’gus grabs the small lit candle on the desk’s edge and holds it up to the sealing wax. Droplets of melted wax begin to pool in the center of the two halves of the letter. Placing the candle aside, he seals the envelope with his ring, leaving the symbol of a full moon surrounded by stars and a long blade on the crimson seal.
Just as he is finishing, Cyn’gus hears a cry from outside. Standing up and moving towards the entrance of the tent, he looks out to examine the scene, calling out "Silence, is everything alright?”

Silence looks over at Cyn'gus with a nod. "Our female visitor had a nightmare, but I'm not going to intrude by asking her about it." She tosses him the unused bandages. "We also have a new visitor. Care to say hi?"

With a flick of the wrist the sausage was replaced by a bat, which flew off of Rama's hand. "We forget ourselves sometimes. We are known as Ramayaga The Faceless." Rama bowed to it's hosts. It then took a clothes from it's pocket and plucked a small mirror from the air. It then wiped bits of dirt from the edges of it's mask, as if it was Rama's face.

Silence smiles at the visitor and nods in acknowledgment. "I'm silence.... and the one hiding in the tent over there is Cyn'gus. You're welcome to stay here."

Finishing cleaning out the dust Rama turned to Silence "It is too kind, but we won't be staying too long. Things move forward as we speak, the spider wenchs chosen forms plans that shall shake the balance of the world." Rama's demonic mask gave of the impression of a smile. "Though we're sure that this means nothing to the followers of the dark lady?"

She frowns a bit in confusion. "Dark Lady?" A pause and then, "Oh, the deity that Cyn'gus follows. Ok, that makes sense.... My human and I were followers of the spider queen long ago and now we follow no one, but are here to help others." Silence fetches a bowl of stew and hands it to Ramayaga. "Cyn'gus made this, but it smells safe."

Alantha leans back when she saw that someone else had joined the group. She holds her side and bites her lip a bit, she was still hurt. She wasn't in much of a mood to greet anyone, or move for that matter. She closes her eyes for a bit, maybe, she should have stayed. she shakes her head a bit. No, she had to move on. "I wont give up..."

Silence walks over to the female and kneels down beside her. "Try not to move too much, that nightmare jostled you a bit." She presses on the woman's side gently before fetching a small cup of cool water for her. "Are you hungry?"

Alantha blinks at her a bit, but shakes her head. "No..thank you though." She looks around the campsite slowly, it was morning. She covers her eyes a bit, she wasn't used to the sun yet. "I never got your name, I'm Alantha."

"Silence" She pulls a thin dark cloth out of a pocket and looks at Alantha. "Hold still, this will help with the light, but I don't want you disturbing your injuries." Carefully, Silence ties the cloth over the woman's eyes knowing that it was thin enough that she should still be able to see.

She nods slowly and sits back. "Sorry..I was trying not to move so much.." She shakes her head a bit, her long white hair shaking about as she does. "No matter...all I can do is move on and hope for the best."

"Hope for the best, be aware of the worst." Silence sits back and looks at her calmly. "If it helps, when I first came to the surface I was blinded for a full turning of the moon. Ilhar was better off because she was pretty much blind anyway.... That cloth helps a lot when the sun comes out fully."

"It's not so bad..I'm just not used to it yet." Alantha moves the cloth a bit. "This isn't my first time on the surface after all..not one on of those raids though, I wanted no part in killing other elves even if they have lighter skin." She balls her hand into a fist. "I never understood drow....even though I am one of them."

"I have lived up here for a decade.... It works out well that I have been on the surface longer than my human." Silence frowns sadly. "There are many things about the Drow that I hate, but no more so than the humans... If you keep that on for a few days, you will soon have no trouble with the sun at all."
