What interested you into joining: I'm tired of seeing people fighting over subs or dubs. I don't mind if people debate it, but when I see people like "SuBs R BETTR! DuBs SUXORS!" and then people start flaming eachother. We each have our own opinion, and we should all learn to respect eachother's opinions.
Which anime/manga titles would you like to see dubbed/animated:
Diabolo: I love this manga, I think it would be GREAT if it turned into an anime. It'd be pretty short, but still great. Very dark series
Karin (Chibi vampire): It's been animated, but I want to see who dubs it. If FUNImation or ADV dubs it I think it will be great. Those two companies seem to do the best dubs (in my opinion)
Glass Wings: Another one I'd like to see animated. Even though there's only one manga, it's a good dark twisted manga with GREAT artwork.
Damekko Doubutsu: Almost no one has heard of this, it's not very popular. I think it'd be great to hear this dubbed so I could own it on DVD XD This anime is so cute and funny. It's about 13-15 episodes long.
Cirque Du freak: Actually a book series. I think it'd be amusing if this was turned into an anime. I have heard a rumor that there is a manga being made in Japan X3

What interested you into joining: I've been supporting dubs since Yu Yu Hakusho and I'm always defending them if I hear anything that sounds remotely like: "American Dubs suck!!11!?!" Besides, isn't it easier to concentrate on the show itself instead of shifting your attention between the subtitles and what's happening on the screen?
Which anime/manga titles would you like to see dubbed/animated: Hunter x Hunter, Ouran High School Host Club, and D. Gray-Man are the only ones that I can think of at the moment.

What interested you into joining: When I was introduced to anime it was in the form of dubs (everyone remembers dbz and sailor moon) and I've never lost my liking for them since. All of this crap about not being a "real fan" until you "graduate" to subs irritates me...and getting flamed by mad fan sub fans...as if fansubbers don't ad lib stressed

hmmm...well I'd love for Saint Seiya Hades to be dubbed (but for real not like Knights of the Zodiac). I'd like to see another season of Fruits Basket made, I'd like One Piece (and its movies) to be redubbed, I'd like Sailor Stars to get dubbed...I'm sure I'll probably think of others later!

What interested you into joining: Oddly enough, I posted in ph34r's thread and actually said "there should be a guild for this", since I'm such a big fan of English dubs, and 99.9% of the time prefer to watch the dubbed version of an anime. Ph34r PMed me and told me about the guild! When I found out, I just HAD to join ^_^
Which anime/manga titles would you like to see dubbed/animated: As much as I hate the anime (the manga was a million times better, it's one of my favorites), I would like to see D.Gray-Man dubbed. I know there's nothing they can do about the terrible art in the anime, but I'm hoping that an english vocal cast can make it all somewhat better biggrin !
(And I also can't wait to see Ouran when they finish dubbing it)

What interested you into joining: I enjoy dubs and I get sick of all the bashing. Why can a VA voice on an American cartoon, and no one cares, but when they bring that same level of dedication to a Japanese cartoon, people start bringing out the pitchforks?

What interested you into joining: I liked seeing that there was a group of people who support ALL english dubs and VAs rather than certain companies or certain VAs. I also like VAs and try to show my appreciation in many ways; joining groups like these, sayin "great job" at a convention, sending an email, or just watching/buying the dubs on dvd. I hope to one day get into the anime business, my dream-come-true would be if I became a voice actress, but working with the companies wouldn't be so bad either, but I know for sure my kids will know who the VAs were that I grew up listening to and meeting at cons.

What interested you into joining:
To make a long-winded story short, simply put, I am tired of the constant baseless nitpicking of dubs, the bashing of dubs and outright disrespect to English VAs by so-called 'purists' and 'Japanophiles' who seem to have a louder voice online than the majority.
It's especially disheaertening as a longtime anime fan (11+ years) like myself to see this going on. I belive it hits me a bit harder than most who can brush it off because I do have special cirumstances (see below) that make it where English dubbed anime is literally a necessity for me to fully enjoy the story.
Special Circumstances? My vision is far from perfect. Subtitles with lots of bright colors behind them (something anime is known for) are a chore for me to deal with, and since there's no 'standard' for subtitles between distributors, some use fonts that I swear you'd need owl-eyed vision to read. In short, I just can't enjoy anime like that.
Thanks to this necessity though, I've grown to develop liking the many works of various English voiceactors.

Due to my stated vision issues above, I never read manga, so I couldn't say. As for anime titles, I don't do the downloading thing....I just don't, so I couldn't really answer that either.
It would be nice if more niche titles (ie: mostly in the 'boy love' /'yaoi', and 'shoujo' genres and titles from the past (ie: Cardcaptor Sakura) had gotten respectible dubs, or just dubs in general (some titles don't even get dubbed anymore).

What interested you into joining:Umm, well, I've pretty much always loved English dubs, though I went through a six month anti-dub period when I was like 14...and I recently decided I would actually like to be a voice actress...And I'm fed up with all the damned dub bashing in the AMC, so its nice to have a place where intelligent discussion can be had about dubs.

Hmmm....ummm.....I'd like to hear Nana, Shojo Cossette and a couple of others I can't think of right now.
I'd like to see MOAR Angel Sanctuary get animated (Never gonna happen, but I'd LIKE it!), Crimson Hero, Suikoden III (yes, I know is a videogame, but there's a manga too), and Mars.
