Zyane went to kneel beside Kliken and then raised his hand and gesutred for the boy to copy his movement. So that their palms were nearly touching he summoned his magic, perhaps if the magic could sense another of its kind nearby it would lessen its hold on the boy. Clinging meant possesiveness or ...even worse. If it knew that there was similar magic around perhaps it would stop trying to take over Kliken instead of working with him.
His magic was like a dark smoke as it appeared and twined about his fingers, licking across Kliken's palm and touching his fingers though never leaving Zyane's hand completely.
"You just need practice...can I ask, do you get to see a lot of children your age?" he inquired starting to prod into the child's upbringing.

He watched with wide eyes as the teacher reached out to him and their magic seemed to move together, bringing a smile to his face as it seemed to be lessening its grasping hold on him for the moment, "L-Looks... almost like its dancing." He murmured, eyes wide. He could tell the difference between the two magics due to the subtle color differences as well as the way it moved but it was very similar.
"I will try hard to practice... s-so long as a t-teacher is around I mean." He said, then tilted his head to the side at the question, wondering if that were important. He gave a shake of his head, "N-No... n-not recently. S-Sometimes Saedah, but she is young t-then am. I-Is it important?" He sounded worried again.

Zyane tried to not let his dissaproval show, though he no doubt it was because of the childs strange ....parental circumstances that he hardly got to go out and mingle with children his age. "No no, not bad, but magic is very much a strength of will power and a strong spirit helps to control it. And the world is full of different types of people and circumstances...it is good to go out and experience them all, to learn and evolve. " He gently pushed, he would have a few words with this ones mother...
"This Saedah...she sounds good for you...what is she like?" He inquired.

"A-Ah... I see..." He murmured, looking more and more worried, "T-There are people... like D-Damaris or D-Drez I'd like to s-see again but I don't get out m-much." He murmured, making it sound bad though as he didn't explain the reasoning behind his not going out to often these days. He would rather stay home, hide out, play his ocarina and play with Tural. A part of him was far to nervous about going out due to the scary people that were out there. Not to mention that he needed to keep up on his studies so that he didn't risk being a failure in anything.
"S-Saedah is very n-nice... even though I w-worry because she is s-scared of Tural." He explained, he didn't want his dragon to be hurt or worried over the fact that the snake girl was afraid of him. It was the only down side to hanging out with her was trying to keep them for the most part apart. Difficult at times since Tural loved to sniff about and taste things and people.

Zyane offered a smile and then after snuffing out his magic he went to pat the boys head. "If you need anyone to chaperone I am more then happy to help you out. Besides you remind me of my daughter..." He lamented sounding a bit sad about having to bring her up. "She would be about your age now, maybe someday you will meet her." He offered with a nod of his head he then went to stand up and then offered Kliken his hand.
Though he knew it was false hope in seeing his only daughter. His wife had taken her and up and dissapeared on him...it had ben about five years of searching that led only to dead ends.
"I would like to have a few words with your mother, perhaps arrange some more classes would you like that?"

Kliken watched the manner in which the teacher snuffed out the magic and moved to follow suit, careful to release it without letting it get loose. It took a moment before it flickered around his hand and went out. He gave a sighing sound when he saw it had listened to him and returned to where he had come from, "A-Ah... m-maybe. Normally I go out w-with Than when I l-leave the house." He explained, "B-But maybe... It would b-be interesting." He'd never gone out with a teacher, it would be a bit like a field trip wouldn't it?
"O-Oh? D-Do I? That's neat." He murmured, not sure if he should be worried being compared to a girl, was he to girly? Was it because his hair was a little on the long side? He pushed the worry aside, "M-Maybe you can m-meet Than, he r-really nice."
He then gave a rapid nod of his head, "I would l-like to have m-more class with you!" He said excitedly, "I-Is it alright if I t-take some notes while you t-talk to my Mom? Or d-do I need to be there?"

Zyane only nodded his head and patted Kliken again, the part that reminded him about his daughter was his attitude. Not appearance at all but he didn't realize that Kliken had been worrying on that.
"I would like this meet this friend of yours sometime...though perhaps it would be best if it was jsut you and me, we can discuss magic and see about you meeting some more kids your age." He offered as he wondered if that woman would be back anytime soon.
"You can take as many notes as you like, the conversation with your mother shouldn't take long."

Kliken gave a smile, glad to hear that the nice teacher wanted to meet Than since the man was quite important to him. He moved to settle down to looking at the page of his notebook that held all of his notes, scanning them over to see what he had so far, and then his pen began to move over the paper in a rapid manner to take down everything that he'd been told. Kliken hadn't noticed but he had an amazing memory when it came to note taking, able to write down word for word what his teachers told him after a class was over. It was something that aided him greatly in his keeping well versed in what he was learning.
He didn't seem in any way worried about the teacher wanting to talk to his Mother, finding the notes as being more important currently.

Thaddeus eye'd his student a moment longer before he turned and then trudged up the steps that lead out of his classroom. He hoped that Kliken's parent would arrive soon, he doubted the conversation with her was going to go well...
