Geba_00 I read almost anything but romance, *coughcoughgrannyporncough* and relizm....I am a MAJOR Star Wars fan, and I plan on reading Star Treck, too....I also read fantacy a lot! Sometimes I'll read the freeky stuff when my boss orders me too, but other than that, I just read scifi and fantacy (and of course, the Bible) and stuff like that. I LOVE history, too! *huggles* xD in agreement. fantasy is my lover. and my frined reads those like really sappy romance novels, where they jsut do it all the time. its SO mcuh fun to laugh at. xp but what does the freaky stuff ur boss orders you to read mean?? what freaky stuiff, and what is job where ur boss would order that????

Hey, has anyone read any of Roger Zelazny's Chronicles of Amber? It is one of the best fantasy series of all time. Zelazny recieved a million awards for them. Just curious as to whether there were any other fans out there.

Have you ever read a book called Stuck in Nutral? It's about this kid who's been paralized since birth, and everyone thinks hes a drooling idiot, you know, he can't even controle his own eyes, much less his bowl movments, and his dad has made a carrer of going around saying "poor me, my poor son" and he is basically part of the furneture. Here's the scarey part. It's told from his point of view. He is really a geniouse, and all he wants is to be able to tell his family that there's a mind inside this shell, and since he also goes into painful looking sesures, people are starting to wonder if he should live, since he's "in so much pain." The end of the book is a nail biter. Also, there's this book called Feed, and it's about an era where the internet is -in your head-. Not bad for somethings, but it ends up killiing this one girl. *shudders* See, this is the sort of things I wouldn't read...really. But since I"m a librarian, I have to "expand my horizons, not everyone you have to recomend a book to likes what you like." *shudders*
