 Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninSai arrived at the arena, walking on top of the water as he saw that the high walls of the arena had kept the water out. Deciding that that simply was not good enough, Sai ignored the pain of the limbs that he had channeled his chakra through with and began forming a large series of hand seals. After a few seconds, Sai ended in a seal and concentrated as a todal wave of water rose up from behind him, "Suiton: Gekiryuu Chikara" the wave suddenly surged forward,a small slit in the wave opening to avoid Sai before it crashed into the high wall of the arena, Sai's incredible chakra wells growing the size of the wave as it leveled the wall in front of him, sending it crumbling down. The rubble flew off in all directions around Sai, though he stood perfectly still as the flying chunks of rock seemingly avoided him. His technique immediately created a chain reaction as the infrastructure as the wall had been compromised, toppling a good 50% of the arena as water began to flow in and flood the lower portions of it.
"That's close enough I suppose." Sai said as he quickly sped off to the next section of town.

....Fear my Eyes... Diadem UchihaゼノCome at me... Diadem appeared in the middle of the unstable and crumbling arena of buildings where so many legendary fights have taken place. It seemed fitting that here was where he acheived the next stage of his Bloodline where one of its greatest users Saskue Uchiha first used his signature technqiue...now he waited for Wynn ...Leaf,Genin,Uchiha,Mind Breaker...

He didnt even turn around just turned his head around os he could see her with one eye and as for her attacks Diadem grabbed the handel of the sword on his back and shifted it sheath and all to block the sword swipe and as for the kick her merelydrug his right foot around to the left side of his body shifting his body to the left and turning him around he then quickly did a handsign"Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)"A released a Gaint Fireball from his mouth less then a yard away from her traveling at high speeds

Wynn Maki Genin | Leaf l Inuzuka Clan Wynn was rebounded back after her attacks missed.She waited until the fireball was near before quickly flipping sideways to dodge the attack.When she landed the flip she ran towards him again.When she was close she slid and aimed a kick for his legs whole bringing her katana above her head to slash him again.Aku watched.

....Fear my Eyes... Diadem UchihaゼノCome at me... Diadem jumped into the air to dodge the attacks throwing Shuriken down up Wynn as she slid under him. When he landed a few yards away he did a handsign and suddenly Wynn would be seeing everything blurry and slurred as if she was drunk
