Arctixz Announcement!!We'll be limiting the number of crews in the guild due to some of them are already inactive.
We are still accepting crew applications, so apply now.
The Crew Application thread is in the Sub-Forum.
Crews inactive within 5 days after posting this announcement will be demoted. Unless, there is a VALID
excuse.
We are trying to limit the number of crews because people might think that this is a cheap guild and the 'Crew' position is easy to get.
Hope you could bear with this guys.

-Vice Captain- I agree with you in this. Inactive members are in all guilds. When they are inactive, UNLESS, with good reason for not being active, then they don't need their rank.

I will admit, I have not been.... EXTREMELY active.... *coughamonthcough*
Sorta got lost in a torrent of gambling, hoarding and tekteking...
But, i'll try my best to stay, cause i love this guild. heart

 (: The Chatterbox might clean up the main fourm a bit, and the main forum can be used for annoucements and important info... things that actually pertain to the guild, rather than chit-chat that really doesn't concern the guild much. ;D

I hope that was of some use to you and the guild. (: I am just thinking of things the other guilds I am do. I am the Vice Capt. in those guilds, and I have to help with the topics and stuff. XD Lots of work. Aha.

i definitely didn't forget you guys. i'm just busy sometimes, that's all. pruning the crew number isn't bad, but i have extra stress now, and it doesn't feel good. I'll do my best guys.

hey I know I don't do like anything but now seeing as you guys are having issues with inactivity makes me feel like I should try to help and post and whatnot! ^u^ so hope to talk/post lots o' stuff soon
btw I'm swamped with commissions and stuff on my deviantart account....

Too much large crew only makes problems
It is supposed crew must have a similar opinion on the things.
Is good to have differences, cos more discussion and sharing of ideas
But if each one of crew has different opinions and different interest, or becomes in a war for power or just crew become inactive.
Is better a short number of crew, well organized and with similar ideas and wanting to help the guild than a large number of crew which rely on the others.
Crew should be in charge or specifical threads or subforums (following captain instructions).
Regular activity should be marked too.
