Hideki was kinda dry (or at least not soaked) and began to focus his chakra in hopes of regaining it all back. "Well you will pretty much be treating the water as earth. Vibrations will be even more resounding and you will be able to sense them much easier if you train enough."

focusing the chakura into her feet she felt unbalanced and
'scared' not feeling the normal vibrations she would feel
instead she felt like she was on air unbalanced till she fell in the
water then swam up climbing out "it's hard.."

"Just do your best and you'll get it." Hideki finished regaining his Chakra and felt revitalized. He jumped up and landed on the surface of the water, about 15 feet away from the girl. "Hey, what's your name? I don't remember introducing ourselves to each other."

"It's very simple. Try reaching the land now. You can use the ripples you create from each step to find where the bounce off from to navigate." Hideki quickly slid off of the water and to the land. He looked at the newcomer. "And who might you be?"

"I was told to teach her to walk on water. She picked up quick. I thought it would be togugh for her since she's blind. And I'm Hideki "Hazard" Morinozuka by the way." Hideki pulled out a scroll. "The reason I'm called "Hazard" is contained in here."

Narkosa looked up at the scroll thinking for a second he pulled his hands outta his pocket and pointed to the scroll. "Can I see that scroll?" he asked knowing the answer already he thought he give asking a try.
