Zaiaku looked at the man who addressed him, his face frowning a bit in slight annoyance. "Not really, but you have quite the nerve demanding something from me" He said as a crude smile flickered across his face as a candle in a dark room. Around him the shadows became alive, moving around slightly before settling down. "Why would you care about the nibi" He said in a calm yet chilling demeanor, as he spoke an ominous wind blew shifting his black long jacket like wear, his silver hair swaying

Zaiaku smirked slightly. "Sorry, just I don't pay attention to the activities you have. But if its seeking the nibi you want, I can help" He said as his eyes narrowed onto Death's, his ciy blue eyes darkening. "But I see no need on why you should recieve any information. You cannot prove your worth" He said coldly, though the same dark smile was on his face

Zaiaku looked at the ground, his hair covering his eyes but his mouth was slightly revealed, showing a smile creep across his face. He looked up slowly at his opponent, his chakra growing slightly and the area around him darkened. The air around them became filled with a sense of dread and fear, a direct effect of his chakra and clan head position. "What other way besides showing how much you value your life" He said as the wind blew harshly suddenly, as the dark presence grew heavier

Zaiaku noted the rinnegan and the smile broadened, knowing that this was a doujutsu user. He studied him for a breif moment before starting off the fight. His hands blurred through handsigns and four clones were created as a product of the Katon: Yojin Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Release: Ember Clone Technique). The clones wielded kunais that were wrapped with a certain tag and they surorunded Death, closing in on him to stab him, one down on the back, one on the stomach, and two other going to stab him on each side of his hip. Zaiaku watched, preparing the next assault

Zaiaku took advantage of the moment when Death ducked and just before the clones would dispurse in flames he made a seal. The remaining two clones detonated like a bomb of fire, which from how close Death was he would probably be burned. Howeverm that wasn't the true concern as on the kunais dropped from the defeated clones had tags, as did the other two that were detonated. And when they went off in an explosion of fire, the tags went off, revealing to be explosive notes and all blew up around Death. The two that were closest to Death, being mere inches, would prove near lethal to lethal from how close and cornered Death was. However Zaiaku wasn't about to let him off as easily when he finished the other set of handsigns, opening his mouth and releasing a torpedo like bullet of air known as Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu (Wind Torpedo). The torpedo would fire in the general direction of where Death was, being screened by the eruption of flames and smoke from the explosions and would collide and explode with the force of two explosive notes, save the strength of the wind torpedo alone. "Never count out the clones, even if you believed them dead they all can serve a purpose" He said darkly
