Shaolin Chisato-chan I noticed a problem... I use a program called Fireworks. Has anyone else even heard of it? sweatdrop Yes I've made a couple of edits using Macromedia Fireworks. What problem did you notice? I'm never sure what brush to use and how to color it. (Paintbucket or color it with a brush)

Sorry I haven'T posted here in a while, but I've been overwhelmed by a lot of stuff lately crying I've updated the link to the picture post thread and added most pics in my museum biggrin . Secret Santa sounds awesage wink Count me in!

Chisato-chan I'm never sure what brush to use and how to color it. (Paintbucket or color it with a brush) This isn't a problem specific to just Fireworks, so I think everyone can give their input on this. Personally I never use the paintbucket tool, simply because avatars are so small that it's not too hard to just colour it in with the brush. As for brush sizes, though, I usually vary between 5 to 1 pixel brushes depending on whether I want to cover a big area with colour, or I want to draw finer details. Okay, this is kind of getting off topic from 'suggestions', so if you have any more problems you can PM me, or better yet we could start some sort of Q&A thread 3nodding

hey would it be ok if i started up a version 2.0 magizine in here? one where anyone can contribute tutorials and the like (i only have photoshop ^_^; ).

Would you guys like to have a hitcounter on the front page of your guild? I'll make it and host it for free. Lookit my siggy for a demo, go to the link and copy the order form to paste in here so I know what you want it to look like =) It will work exactly like the hitcounter of any website, it will show how many times the front page of the guild has been visited. It's put in just like you put in a normal image ^^ And you don't need to give me credit, I feel like being nice ^o^b
Also... if anyone wants... I could probably do a simple MS Paint tutorial ^^;

hmm.. while thas a pretty cool idea varodahn, i dont think the guild's front page really needs a hit counter. the same people might b comin in repeatedly through the front door whee
ok heres sumfin that just occurred to me.. and i dont mean this as a rip on anyone in particular redface its just something that just came up.
i dont know how everyone else feels, but i was thinkin of just leavin the profiles page for just profiles. i figure we'd like to talk bout what everyone else's profile says, get to know each other n such.. mayhaps we can set up a thread for everyone to chitchat? some kinda common room or sumfin, we could use the AE Council.. ah i dunno yet.. any other ideas?

I agree with you, shock.
I personally would really like to see the profiles page to be as organized as possible, and to have a different thread to talk to each other 3nodding
And as more and more threads get made, it'd be awesome to see more organized topic names (like how Tyran Brandywine puts [SHOP] in front of her thread)
I'm kind of a neat freak xp

lol I got the title tag idea from an Art Guild. I'm kinda an organizational freak too and I dont wanna go hog wild on stickies and announcements if possible. "Museum" is kinda a long tag for people's titles, but if everyone is willing to put that in their thread titles where it applies.....it'll be a good general warning to large graphic content. 3nodding (I'll update the announcement thread to include this advice)
I'll clean up the Profiles thread and create a guild chatterbox. Apologies ahead of time for the posts I'll remove. -_-
