(sounds easier, lol cuz i have my deck xP. sorry)
"I live here too. I don't like staying inside all day if you don't mind. I need some fresh air here and there." Mai said calmly while stretching. "how about you?"
Myou looked out at the docks from her window. Gazing at the ship Marik was on. she then went to her Piano and began to play some music. the tune was like a bitter sweet sorrow. Sad and a bit lonely and she began to hum with it ignoring everything around her.

"Well I was with my friend Myou" Hikari stated now thoughts turned toward her. "I wonder whats she doing now.." Shaking his head and then turning back to Mai. "would you excuse me, I should get back to Myou, see you in the tournament?"

Mai nodded "of course. well bye." she waved before walking off.
memories rolled through her head as Myou played her soothing music. She was waiting for Hikari, hoping that he'd come over. She really liked his company.

It didn't take long before Hikari showed up at Myou's door. He let himself in, with the key she had given him not too long ago. "Hey Myou, where are yo..?" Then without waiting for an answer, started to follow the sound. When he got into the room with Myou, he sat down in a bean bag chair on the floor... When it didn't seem to his liking, got up and sat on a chair with padding on it. "So tell me... " He started, ignoring her music. "When did you know Mai?"

"since I first entered Duelist Kingdom. back then I was still new to the whole dueling thing so i never made it to the semi-finals.. I met her on the ship after we had set sail from the harbor." Myou answered calmly as she stopped playing and looked at Hikari. "she wasn't exactly the nice type either." she whispered.

"Oh...." The room grew silent.. after a bit, Hikari broke the tension. "Well tommorrow is our duel with Ankoku.. so we better get some rest to prepare." He got up from where he was sitting, and then looked back. "Even in a game just for fun.. One can never be too careful." And turned back to leave.

Myou nodded "goodnight Hikari..." she said softly as she watched him gently. "please be quiet opn your way out.. he's sleeping out there." she warned him of her all too drunk and sleeping father.

As Hikari laid in his bed that night, thoughts of the days activities raced through. He couldn't get to sleep. Several times he looked through his deck to make sure that all of his cards were there. Either that... or so that he felt confident in his skills. After he drifted off to sleep, He couldn't help the slightest worry for Myou, and her safety. The night from then on, passed by quickly. He awoke as the suns rays pierced his window, creeping along to reach his face.

Myo woke up groggily and basically rolled out of bed. She was never a morning person and would never care to be one. The girl then trudged to her bathroom as thoughts of Hikari went through her head "whatever happens I rather it be me that gets hurt than you..." she thought out loud before starting the shower.

(do u mind if you duel marik, but u break in as hikari and him plan to?)
Getting dressed happened quicker than usual as breakfast was wolfed down and getting out the door came quicker than usual. Hikari rushed as quickly as possible to Myou house, attempting to get there before her dad woke up.

(break in what??? you got me lost there but yeah I'll duel Marik.)
Myou got out of the shower soon after and had gotten dressed in her outfit(minus the chain and cat accessories of course) she then got her prized deck and put it into her case then strapped that to her thigh and went outside of her house, key in pocket and peach in mouth.
