Rex took notice that the dinosaur was slowing it's movements. A frown crossed his face as he climbed to the creature's head and waved a hand in front of him.
A'leai shook her head at her brother. "Really, Rex? Something the size of a mountain?"
"He's a great ride!" he fussed.
A'leai's eyes rolled as she turned to look at Reed, somewhat hoping her brother wasn't scaring him. She had warned him her brother was weird. Seeing he'd ducked out of the way she shot a heated glance on Rex who blinked down from the dinosaur's head.
Rex's ride was asleep. Apparently sharp teeth sleep standing up. Rex merely shrugged.

"What in the hell was that thing?" Reed stepped forward, surprised that his imprint had actually set, "I mean, come on! There's no reason for that! Somebody could have been hurt."
He snorted, 'There's no telling what could have happened if it hadn't worked.'

Rex snorted. "THIS is a dinosaur....particularly an T-Rex." He peeked down, noticing for the first time he was looking at a male beside his sister. An eyebrow arched. "Who are you?" he asked muttering, no one was hurt were they, at the end.

"My name is Reed. A'leai and I were just enjoying each others company. Why in the world would you have such a large.. large.." he stumbled to find the right word, "A large monster!"
"I can only guess," Reed turned to look at A'leai, "That this would be your brother. I severely underestimated your description of him."

A'leai nodded. "Yeeasss..." she licked her lips. "I told you he was weird...and he surpasses our father's talent. our father's is merely illusions though."
Rex flashed a wide grin and patted the giant lizard's head. "This is ain't an illusion. This is real flesh and blood. And because they're fun to be around."

"I'd have preferred an illusion," Reed huffed, "At least with illusions, there is no worry of danger."
He turned once again to face A'leai's brother. "I can't see how one could possibly see that thing," he pointed at the still standing, still snoozing dinosaur, "As fun to be around."
"I suppose," Reed looked once more to A'leai, "That you've come to fetch her for some reason."
A heavy sigh managed to escape, 'So much for bonding with someone.'

"No. Just exercising his legs."
A'leai tilted her head, popping kinks out of her neck and stared at Rex. "Then take your pet and go..stretch his legs elsewhere."
Rex stuck his tongue at his sister. "As long as I'm around he's not going to hurt anyone....so therefore the real thing is cooler then illusion."
"Until one of them goes to eat you..."

'At least our time isn't cut short...' Reed sighed in relief, 'But now we have to deal with this nuisance.'
"I have to agree with A'leai," he nodded, "I'm sure there are plenty of other places that you and your.. pet.. can go to exercise. After all, the Valley is a huge place."

Rex looked between the two and grinned. "I see what's going on."
A'leai blinked. "What do you mean?"
"Hee~<3~! You liiiiike hiim!"
"You're an idiot. How does one like someone when they barely meet...?"
"Simple. Why else are you trying to keep me away?"
"Because you have no business here, you said so yourself, and because no one wants to hang around the big lizard but you?"

'Does she really?' Reed blushed a bit, "So what if she does like me? There's nothing wrong with that."
"Besides, you should do as she says and just go," he looked at A'leai and then back to Rex, "And don't forget your pet."

Rex wrinkled his nose. "I never said nor inclined there was something wrong with that. But picking on a sister is so much fun."
A'leai frowned. "I find it hard to believe you're the oldest..."

Reed chuckled, "That is quite surprising."
"I would have sworn that you were the older sibling. You are much more," he turned to A'leai, ".. mature."
"So are you leaving or not?" Reed turned back towards Rex, "Because if you are intent on staying, the least you could do is entertain us."

A'leai shook her head. "I'm the middle child but the oldest girl. Topaz lives with our father."
Rex frowned. "Fine fine. I'll leave you two to your kissy facing."
A'leai growled. "We weren't kissing!"
A grin touched him. "You will though."
she grumbled. "I'm suppose to have the visions not you."
A shrug of the shoulder and a pat on the dinosaur's head, he said, "I can't leave til he wakes up."

'Kissing!' Reed blushed profusely, 'I hadn't even thought of that!'
He shook his head, clearing his thoughts and attempting to hide his blush. "So if I wake him up, you'll go then?"
He turned towards the beast, waiting for Rex's answer; though he knew it already.

Rex nodded and waited.
A'leai just huffed a bit at her brother's indifferent tune.
