Ace had seen the hawk start to attack the bird and he stood up watching the arial manuevers in the sky as the bird escapes and the hawk leaves in defeat but after a few minutes he notices the bird hasn't come out yet and sees a few hawks waiting outside for the little bird "....Hm I guess five on one is unfair so lets even the odds shall we." Ace says and aims his gun at the birds and fires single shots creating a load boom in the area and hits two hawks while the other two quickly start running and the people around Ace quickly run aswell trying to find a hiding spot "Huh?...ahahahah sorry everyone but I neded to help the bird." Ace starts to clime the side of a building to get to the bird but is having a little dificulty getting up for some reason
After the gunshots were heard the elder creatures and mages of the woods gathered and sent a message to all the creatures to stay away from the man with the red, white, and blue colored flag on his shoulder while they send people to take him out

❄ Been out here too long, and I've just been lookin' for somewhere to belong ❄ Belle cringed at the loud gunshots, huddling deeper into the crevice she was hiding in. Don't find me, don't find me, don't find me… She silently begged, hoping that the man would just go away and at least destroy his guns. After what seemed like eternity, Belle cautiously stuck her head out, checking to see that it was safe. Seeing the man trying to climb the wall made her chirp with surprise, ducking back into the safety of her hiding spot. Oh crap! He found me! I can't escape either… what's he going to do to me? She panicked, trying to figure out how to get out of this mess. Right as she was panicking, a message from the forest elders rang out in her mind. Beware the man with the mark of red, blue and white em-blazed on his arm. He has killed two of our brethren for no reason. Should you find him, erase his existence. Belle sat there, stunned by the message. Snapping back to reality, she shot her head out of the hole, looking directly at the man again. He…he's the man I'm supposed to stay away from! She thought despairingly, cursing her luck. She hated killing other than for food, and she hated killing humans. Just something about them made it so stupidly hard to kill. Belle groaned, deciding just to wait it out for now.❄ So can you save me now? ❄

As Ace almost reaches the ledge where the bird was an arrow hits him in the side of his armor and he flips and slams into the ground not moving but in his mid he is saying "Oh my god the fall hurt more that whatever hit me...better to just stay still for now." Ace stays in the position he landed in and a few archers, mages, and warriors walk out from a hiding place they had been once they entered the city from the forrest being all different races looking at the Human wandering why he looked different rom the others then they looked at the bird and gave it a sign to come down to turn and turn to normal

❄ Been out here too long, and I've just been lookin' for somewhere to belong ❄ Swooping down from the awning, Belle transformed back into her human form mid-air. Dropping gracefully, she bowed her head before the elders of the forest, trying to think of something to say. She remained frozen, crouched in a defensive stance before the wanted human. "Permission to speak?" Belle whispered, raising her head slightly. With a nod of approval, she began to speak in a hushed voice, too soft for any human to hear, no matter how close they were. "If I may suggest, don't kill him here. The law of secrecy we have upheld for so long will be broken, and the humans would at the very least, start a war with us and the forest. Either way, at least a life will be lost, but perhaps we can limit the life to only one. Do not slay him here, before human eyes who are already wary of our presence. We shall take him back with us beyond the reaches of his fellow humans, then we shall slay him." Belle spoke quickly, shuddering at her own words. How could she, a mere shape-shifter who hated unneeded violence, suggest something like that? But at the same time, she did not want to start a fight in the heart of the human village.
The elders stayed silent for a while, speaking silently among themselves. Then, with a hand wave, the elders signaled for people to take the man along with them. Being one of the closest, Belle hefted the man up, slinging one arm over her shoulders. Despite her petite form, Belle was very strong compared to humans. Turning around towards the confused humans, she bowed, and a thick fog covered the entire area, though it was sunny out. When it had subsided, there was no trace of the outsiders anywhere.❄ So can you save me now? ❄

As Ace is being brought through the forrest he notices alot of magical creatures he had only seen in story tales as he keeps his eyes hidden under his helmet while seeming like hes looking down then he realizes hes not in modern times anymore for some reason but as they are about to reach a ceremony area for his execution he quickly breaks loose of their grip and akes a defensive position with his back against the tree "Elder:Egad the human can still move even after the arrow shot!" Ace continues to look around crouching while aiming his gun at the creatures switching from creature to creature waiting for something to happen as the gaurds around the area aim at him "Elder:Well I guess you can execute him now..." The archers shoot their bows hitting Ace directly in the chest, the Mages start t use fire magic to blast him in the chest, and the warriors start to charge at him but Ace seeming to be unnefected with his fire-proof vest which can protect him from bullets make it so arrows can't hurt him starts to shoot at them killing them rather quickly but the Elder instantly but up a magic barrier stoping anyone from attacking Ace or getting attacked aswell. "Elder:....My..My od what are you Human?" Ace just continues to watch and knowing for some reason he can't blast through the barrier he breaks off the arrows that are sticking out of him and dusts off the ashes on his body reloading his guns
((My god....I can't believe I just did that I am so sorry but really I was about to be executed....()_() ))

❄ Been out here too long, and I've just been lookin' for somewhere to belong ❄ Belle was on the edge of the ceremony area, leaning against a tree. She didn't care to look over towards the clearing, since killing things other than for food was against her policy. When she heard a commotion, she got off of the tree to look. She stared, stunned when the human was unaffected by an elder mage's fire magic. Instantly transforming into her fox form, she leapt into the air, landing in between the human and the elders. She snarled at the human, baring her sharp teeth at him. Forgive my rudeness, milord Elder, but he is not from this area. He has weapons that humans cannot make with their own two hands alone, and are even more fatal than our weapons. As for the fire spells… I have no idea, but perhaps a different element will work against him. Please, retreat milords. We cannot risk you being harmed by this dangerous man. Belle thought telepathically to the Elders, knowing that they had the power to understand her. Before the elders could respond, she charged at the man, biting his arm as she knocked him over.❄ So can you save me now? ❄ [[It's fine. :3 They were about to kill you, and since your character was in the armed forces, it's cool.]]

Ace's armor protected him from the bite but the weight had knocked him down but he quickly stands up as the fox still has his arm and aims at the area where the others were to see they are already gone he then looks at the fox grabing it by its neck like you would a puppy to stop it from doing much "...Weird where did you come from?" Ace puts the fox down and wipes the rest of the ashes off of him and starts walking back towards town wiping some sweat off his forehead then returns his helmet to his head just incase they come back "Be carefull fox there are some strange things in these woods and I wouldn't want an animal like you to be hurt."
((Well atleast I didn't atack you right? ^_^ oh and how do you plan to become my friend or enemy? lol its your choice. ))

❄ Been out here too long, and I've just been lookin' for somewhere to belong ❄ Though her teeth were quite sharp, all she was able to do was tear through his clothing. Her teeth couldn't pierce the layer of armor he wore underneath his clothes, leaving Belle looking like a pup with an old rag toy. She was quite surprised when the man picked her up by the scruff of her neck, causing her to be as helpless as a careless pup. …I hate feeling like this… Belle thought to herself, pawing at the air as she dangled in his grasp. She was grateful when he finally put her down, but was still annoyed at his comment. "If anything, you're the strange one here." Belle said aloud, transforming back into her human form, not caring anymore if he saw her. She was sure that he already had a small hunch she was a part of the whole mess he was in now. Dusting off nothing, she began to follow him. "You're the one who needs protecting, not me. You now have this whole forest against you."❄ So can you save me now? ❄ [[I think Belle might try and become your friend. She's not like Alessa, who hates the idea of getting too close to people.]]

Ace surprised by her turning into a human quickly turns to face her but keeps his weopons at his side "Me need protectng please by what i've seen they can't hurt me I mean their arrows cant penetrate my armor, their sword can't either thats assuming they could get close enough before I kill them, and their magic as I presume you call it can't hurt me as this is fire proof along with duroshock enhancers making electricity being non effectant, aswell as waterproof." Ace smiles at the girl and starts to speak again "My name is Ace.Price and I am a marine from the United States. Where am I and were you the bird I was trying to save earlier?"

❄ Been out here too long, and I've just been lookin' for somewhere to belong ❄ She gave a small 'tsk', shaking her head in disbelief. "That's what I don't like you humans. If you overcome something little, you think you can do anything. We're not as stupid as you think. We've lived in this forest for longer than you humans have walked the earth. Our magic has more power than mere elements, and you humans have probably copied some of them with those weapons of yours. Still yet, you don't know what you're up against. You have this whole forest against you, and this vast forest contains more people like me than you can imagine." She sighed with slight annoyance, quite upset at how arrogant the human race could be. Why am I talking to him about this? I could easily get punished for such a treacherous act; I guess this could be considered as treason… The thought popped into her head, but she waved it away for the moment.
"My name, in short, is Belle Ariene Renard. You've probably guessed it by now, but I am a shapeshifter. This forest has many names, but we forest dwellers call it Greentol. Or at least this part of the forest. And…" In a swirl of white, Belle turned back into the small white bird form she had taken earlier. She looked up at Ace, tilting her head to the side in slight curiosity.❄ So can you save me now? ❄ [[Sorry, would've posted this last night had my internet not died D: freaking internet…]]

Ace had always loved birds as in the north they are only seen during summer and being this close to one was rare even knowing its a shapeshifter he still had to get a better look so he reaches out his hand towards it smiling and petted its back "....Cute.." Ace then pulls his hand back and puls out a grenade looking at it "I am guessing that I am not in my time anymore so America is gone along with all satelites meaning you've never seen out weopons or transpotation devices. I am from a place in which there were no magical creatures such as you and if there was then they were about to die off becauuse we were killing them off just by our normal activities. This planet was covered by Humans I mean there was over seven bilion of us as we had taken control of the planet and nothing could hurt us no matter what it was except our own weopons. I am guessing that we blew outselfs up with a weopon we created that could destroy cities up to eight miles. This right here can do this and its one of our weakest weopons." Ace throws the grenade to a gigantic boulder which explodes destroying everything around it within a fifteen feet distance "Now I am going to leave this forrest and join this town till I can find a place to go. If you want you can come with me as I don't know where I am at the moment so in a way even though I am errogant in saying this but I am the strongest, toughest, smartest being on the planet right now."
((My guy is turning out to be really errogant I am sory about this I mean my characters are usualy never like this.))

It was quite pleasant, really, and it made her feel at ease and safe. Once he stopped petting her and began to talk to himself, she transformed back into her human form. "I'm sorry, but I don't know what this America is. Though I can safely assume that yes, this is not, nor was or will it ever be your time. I've seen some of your weapons, but as far as transportation devices… no, I haven't." Belle jumped at the explosion, growling fiercely as the hairs on the back of ner neck. "Don't do that, you idiot! You realize you just gave away your location? Some of us forest dwellers aren't so calm and rational as the elders or I; they jump at any opportunity to gain glory or are just hot-tempered." Belle yelled at the man, already exasperated with him. Right as she was considering on ditching him, she froze, her body giving a small shiver as her nose twitched at the familiar scents. "Shoot…" she muttered, dropping down into a defensive position."Belle? I thought that was you I sensed. Why do you look like you're about ready to defend the human from us, hm?" A male voice rang up into the air, though no body came into view. The forest was eerily silent now, and a small tut-tutting noise came from the woods surrounding the pair. "I thought you got the message that man was our enemy. Don't tell me you're going to betray the elders and join sides with him?" the voice taunted, testing to see how far it could push her. All he needed to do was push the right buttons…Belle growled, not relaxing her stance. "Nam…" she gritted out, her mind racing to see how he would react. However, the voice achieved its goal first, causing Belle to snap. "I do not plan treason against the elders! This man, he is lost, and he does not know of our ways. Haven't we encountered lost men in the past?""Yes, and all of them were exactly like this man: cocky, conceited, arrogant men who didn't give a damn of what happened to their natural world around them. You know as well as anyone of us that happened to those others, and anyone who sided with them. Are you planning to do the same as our fallen ones, Belle?""I would never betray our blessed Elders, Nam, and you know that." She growled softly, choosing her words carefully. She wondered what Nam was getting at; what was he trying to pry out of her? "I just want to find a way to settle this without any unneeded violence or deaths. Can't we find a way for that to come true?""Ma Belle, you know as well as I do that it's not possible. Humans only repeat their mistakes, and they don't care for anyone else besides themselves. I too, wish for peace, but… I'm afraid that's just not so." Nam replied sadly, sounding like he was shaking his head. "I suggest you get out of my way if you don't want to get more caught than you already are, Belle." He growled, his tone becoming deadly now.❄ So can you save me now? ❄

Ace uses his radar that is attached to his gun and aims it towards a lone dot on his scren hidden in the forrest "Come out with your hands up. I know where you are and I have a loaded gun so come out now and I will not be resorted to fire."

This man was stupid; he knew he was in a forest, surrounded by magical beings who knew more about their surroundings than he. So why in the hell was he acting stupid?Nam laughed, though his exact location couldn't be pinpointed. "Oh? So you know where I am. Tell me, human, where am I then?" He laughed as his voice began to resonate. Instantly, multiple dots appeared on Ace's radar, each of them saying it was an enemy. They were now surrounded. Nam continued laughing, though it was more of an evil laugh than a happy one. "Can you tell me where I am now?" Nam's voice rang out with the strength of one hundred people, and Ace's radar began to faze in and out, its signal being jammed by some unknown source.Belle jumped in front of Ace, shielding him and drawing a ring of blue flames around the pair of them. "Don't try anything rash, Ace. I know my fire doesn't have an affect on you, but Nam will at least hesitate a bit before jumping through.""Now, now, wherever did you get that idea from, Ma Belle?" Nam chortled, jumping through the wall of flames. He merely patted down the small flames on his clothes as he stepped closer to the pair. "I'll give you one last chance, Belle; Stand down now."Belle's reply to Nam's threat was to shapeshift again, this time turning into a white wolf. She snarled, not moving an inch from her defensive position.❄ So can you save me now? ❄

As the man walks through the fire and Belle turned into a wolf Ace had switch to his side arm and shot the man infront of him in the chest twice then switches again to his Trench Knife seeing a sword on the mans back knowing he wouldn't be able to fight close combat against a sword with his guns
