Ooh, sorry! Had you wanted us to wait? I was under the impression that Letalus would be apart from us for now, so I thought it would be fine to move things along with Tomlin and Merro (and now Bri's charas).

Hey, Bri? If Nova is class rep, she'd definitely know who Letalus is, since she'd have had to deal with him at some point or another. Or at the very least, she'd recognize him from the ceremony.
...also, I'm confused as to how Merro will run for class rep if there already is one at the start of the year. I've never actually gone to a school like this, so I don't know how things would work in this situation. Anyone have any ideas?

I'd assumed Nova was last year's class rep since today is the first day of the new school year, so there wouldn't have been any opportunity yet to select this year's class reps.
Letalus' speech included this bit, which seemed to back up my assumption: "your homeroom classes will elect a student representative today".
I've never been part of such a thing either, but my guess is that it can be ballot vote, raise-of-hands voting, or teacher's choice if there is more than a single volunteer. Or even teacher's choice if there are NO volunteers. XD Or maybe the previous year's class rep can choose the next year's if they're still in the same homeroom, which Nova is.

Nova would be the previous year's representative. On the first day of school, the previous class rep would still be in the office till the elections so there would always be one in that position to aid with the class affairs since it takes at least a week to get these started and finalized, plus the previous rep can pass down the rights of office to the newly elected. Or at least thats how it was in my schools *Shrugs* Nova could run again, but I'm pretty sure she won't *Winks*
As for Letalus, I'll go alter my post for him 8D LOL

Meriko And one more uniform mock. The clothes were already fitted, but I trimmed the jacket down to skin-tight per request. ^^ Altered the hemline of the vest per Konami's suggestion as well. http://www.merikitten.net/gaia/shiny/uniform_test4.jpg Squee! Those look very nice Meri-luff :3! As a personal thing, I'm not much for bow ties, would having a straight tie or a bow tie option be possible? 9.< *Doesn't know much on uniform regulations*

Bri: Oh, okay, that makes sense.
As for the uniform, there could be a bow for girls, a regular tie for boys and for those rebellious types, you could switch it up, loosen it completely or just not wear one at all. surprised
