To be honest, I could live without the holiday events. I mean, they're inconsequential enough as it is. And shop updates are the same as they have always been: rare and disappointing. But they subvert this by giving us pretties we can obtain by forking over real money. Or being market savvy. The fact that so many crotchety "oldbies" liked Gaia back when it was just a simple, crappy forum like any other, back before all the flash and glitz says something. Whatever it says, I'm not saying, not my view, so you'll have to draw your own conclusions.
My view: who cares, I don't. I just like to complain. I have a bitter, cynical, misinformed view of the world, and I'm stubborn enough to ignore your arguments, however valid they may be.
