-SON OF A b***h!!!

It wasn't like it was a particularly rare occurance, good old Luc had taken his share of abuse from the ladies before, but that did not make the attack any less of a surprise or any less painful.

The plate impacted at the highest points of his bones, leaving tender parts at the forehead, cheek bones, and nose. But the sickening crack sound was probably the worst of it.

His hands rose to his face, a stream of curse words slipping from his lips like a fountain.

When he finally realized what exactly had happened, he attempted to scowl at his attacker as he wiped food from his face, only finding the action to hurt more.- "Bipolar b***h." -He growled.. but that was it. Men didn't hit women.. and as much as he'd have liked to rip that fickle b***h a knew hole, he really didn't want everyone in the room to see it.

And his face hurt. Like alot.

The kind offer of an escort was shoved aside as Lucas bumped into him, obviously on purpose, stalking out of the room with his hand clutched to his face.

He knew mornings sucked. ******** sucked hardcore.-

Fallon hardly registered anything that was being said. Rage and confusion boiled in her veins so hotly that she worried she might lash out. Slowly, she raised a hand to her forehead, touching lightly at her hairline, almost a manic tapping. The hand that held the plate hung limply at her side, bright yellow egg yolk dripping off her fingertips. If she could have spoken, she might have said something polite, even apologetic. But when Lucas burst that bubble of control Fallon so closely guarded, it took a long time for her to unwind.

Lifting one heeled foot, she stepped over the shattered plate, heel clicking softly on the ground. Fallon didn't look at anyone. She took slow, careful steps to the doorway, disappearing around the corner. If anyone was listening carefully, they might have heard the door to her bedroom slide open and the lock click shut. Aside from her outburst, she seemed to be fine, but underneath her skin, Fallon was ricocheting in every direction, swallowing the urge to punch a wall. Instead, she slipped out of her shoes, dropped to her knees, and began to slowly count the thick, knotted fibers of her carpet over and over until she felt like she had regained her control.

Back in the kitchen, it had to be painfully awkward. All of Fallon's dishes, pots, and pans were dirty all over the counter and in the sink. Her own breakfast lay untouched by the stove. It was not like her to leave things out like that, but Fallon was in no place to deal with it. If anyone in the room had seen her crack before, they would understand, but to the others, it was probably a very confusing sight, watching a person flip from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde on a dime. It wasn't exactly flattering, but it was Fallon.

She would not answer her door, or come back to the kitchen until everyone was gone.

Azzo was torn between making sure Lucas was okay and actually picking that plate off the floor so the girls wouldn't hurt themselves with it. He knew that Fallon would eventually be okay.

"I don't want you guys to get cut soo...." Quickly Azzo scooped up the plate before tossing it in the trash on his way out, before moving quickly to catch up with Lucas, "I'll make sure hot stuff isn't going to pass out..." He called back to the girls as he looked for the purple hair guyed.

Abeline had finally calmed down a little, probably because Lucas had gone back to lavishing his attention on Serenade and then on Fallon. Her ears were still burning but not as badly as before, and her mind had returned to a less gibbering state, which was good. She ate the fruit in front of her, eyes straying around the room as she followed Lucas' movements. He was like a fox, a strutting fox, amongst the population. She wanted to sigh, and throw herself at him, begging to make him into a fur-lined coat so he would be all ov-

The cope and Fallons reaction made her pause in her eating. Don't poke the sleeping bear. But damnit, that weasel was playing with Fallon's a**! A shot of jealousy ran through Abeline, a reaction that she didn't usually deal well with. She watched Fallon storm off and then Lucas departed. Well her personal chef was a bear, so why had Lucas gone after her instead of Abeline, who was a beautiful swan (in her own mind anyway) She actually pouted at this and glanced at the others.

"I'm done."

She'd eaten about half the salad and hadn't even touched the rest of the delicious smelling dish, even though it teased and taunted her.

Standing she went to one of the drawers and pulled out some glad-wrap, wrapping the plate that had been meant for her and walking out, apparently following Azzo and Lucas' retreat. She didn't think he deserved to miss breakfast for being the skirt-chaser that he was, and since she wasn't eating hers, she might as well give it to him. This had nothing to do with getting a chance to have his attention on her.

She saw the two boys up ahead and hastened her pace, wincing because her feet didn't like that idea. "Lucas.... I mean, Hendricks." She called out.

Viridiana happily listened to the meal of the day. Eggs Benedict? Ham, poached eggs, special sauces... yes, this would definitely be a delicious meal. She could already feel her mouth watering. She closed her eyes and let the delightful smells waft into her nose. Was that vanilla she smelled? This made it totally worth it to get up this early in the day. "I'll certainly tell you what I think of it," replied Viridiana, with a bright smile in turn.

Fortunately, she probably would be honest. Viridiana, despite her inclination to lie, found a benefit to telling the truth here. There was a benefit to Fallon's improvement: Viridiana's breakfasts would become even more delicious than they already were. After Fallon remarked on her spices, Viridiana nodded in agreement--the chef was very good with her spices--before offering, "I'll sit down now," and bowed her head lightly to give the chef her personal space to do the final preparations before she joined everyone else at the table.

This food smelled absolutely delicious. Viridiana eagerly picked up one of the english muffins and took a bite, savoring the taste of the perfectly poached eggs and the perfectly toasted English muffin. But as she placed the muffin back down on the plate, she spotted Lucas' hand reach to Fallon's bum.

Oh. No. He. Didn't.

Viridiana watched as all hell broke loose. There was blood and broken noses, angry shouts and broken plates, and some infuriated women and one poor guy who seemed to have just come up to actually enjoy their meal. She groaned quietly. Damn it, that dumbass 'Luver Under Cover' was nothing but trouble everywhere he went, and now Viridiana couldn't even enjoy her early day awake.

Fallon didn't deserve such a violation of personal space either, especially by those stained hands. She had a pretty good idea of where those hands were most of the time, but Viridiana would rather do without the image, and Fallon's backend could probably do without the image as well. When Fallon headed back into her room and Lucas skulked off, Viridiana bluntly asked, "Why do we keep allowing the presense of his dirtied hands and mind near us? Why did the admissions office even think letting him in was an even somewhat favorable idea?"

Joanne wasn't much of a morning person. She would have liked to sleep a little longer, but the commotion coming from outside her room was hard to ignore. Yawning, she changed out of her long pink flowered nightgown into a long pink bathrobe. Once she was sure the noise had died down, she picked up her basket of shower essentials- shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, moisturizer, and loofah- and stepped out of her room.

People were milling around. A couple of boys were fleeing back to their floor. The kitchen was a mess. It didn't look like the chef was working, and the notecard for breakfast reservations seemed to have gone missing. Joanne frowned. While she was certainly capable of making her own breakfast, she didn't want to risk making anyone angry. Judging from her surroundings, the situation was bad enough without her making things worse.

For a moment she hesitated, considering asking someone for help. But in the end Joanne did what she always did: try to muddle through on her own. Setting her basket of bath goodies down, she started to hunt for the notecard, hoping nothing was truly wrong.

Like Joanne, Imogen went for the note card. Her first thought after the plate being picked up the boys getting gone was the note card because she knew that Fallon kept those. She made everyone sign them and made notes on the back of them every single meal she prepared. While this was likely a breakfast Fallon would rather forget she might want that card.

It wasn't too hard to find, fortunately, since she'd signed it earlier and seen Fallon with it. She pocketed it before grabbing some of the washing up. She'd eaten that cardboard cereal bar earlier and had some of Fallon's fruit salad. Right now she wasn't hungry for Eggs Benedict.

"When someone's finished eating, could they help me wash n' dry please? Need to get it cleaned up in time for class." She still sounded pissed. Being Imogen this bad mood would last a while.

Jess kept very quiet during the uproar, the only sign of her own anger a slightly flushing of her cheeks and the raising of an eyebrow. How like Lucas to place the blame on Fallon when he'd been the one who hadn't respected boundaries! Briefly she wondered if there were any boys in the school who were not hormonal twits.

Getting up, she went over to Imogen and nodded towards the dishes.

"I'll help. Least I can do for her, you know?"

She quickly snapped her mouth shut before she could say anythign else. Her brand of honesty would only make things worse and she simply wanted to try and help her schoolmate. THe less for Fallon to have to worry about, the better.

Imogen found the card while Joanne was still looking, so it was a good five minutes before she decided it was probably lost. A shame, since she was rather hungry, but she didn't want to take food without permission. It seemed she would be stuck with cold cereal again.

She reached for a box of cornflakes, but paused when Imogen spoke. Dishes to be done, right. Breakfast could wait. Like a well-trained dog, Joanne silently went over to the sink and picked up a drying cloth. If the other girls washed, she could dry and stack, and deal with her own breakfast afterwards.

-He staggered down the hall, trying to will away the headache that was setting in behind his eyes. His whole freaking day was probably going to be ruined because of her. Not to mention like.. he'd probably never get to step into the second floor kitchen again. Not without it getting weird because Fallon was ALWAYS there.

He was disreguarding Azzo for the most part, too irritated to realize he should be appreciative, when a feminine voice called his name.

Recognizing it, he paused, turning as much as he could without letting the swimming feeling in his head take him over.- "Come to rub it on Abeline?"

"If you've come to kick me in the balls I much prefer a raincheck, thanks." -But then... he didn't catch snideness on her expression.... His expression shifted slightly to something less exasperated as he groaned, rubbing his forehead tenderly.-

Azzo placed a hand lightly on Lucas' shoulder, if he had to try to hypnotize him and carry him damnit he would. Though he doubt'd it would've worked, "Dood, at least lean on the wall or something so you don't fall over while talking to her."

Azzo thought that by now he should've learned some medical crap since it seemed someone almost always turned up hurt, deserving of it or not.

Everyone else was busy cleaning up for Fallon, but didn't Fallon hate having any of her things touched? Fallon certainly could hardly stand anyone even approaching her space. Viridiana decided she would be better off not participating in this 'clean-up' of the room; the last thing she needed was to get the chef mad at her for touching her belongings. And if Fallon claimed that it was a good thing, Viridiana was there. It was the truth. She could always say she was helping by clearing up the mess around the table.

...She did do that much, at least. The lavender-haired woman got up from her seat and began pushing all of the other chairs in and straighting out the mats that were on the dining table. At least she could leave the dining area looking nice, and that didn't belong to Fallon so she didn't risk getting in trouble with Fallon since Viridiana wasn't technically touching her stuff. It was for the best.

Once that was done, she pulled a chair back out and sat herself back down. Perhaps it may have looked a tad rude of her, but since Viridiana has done her part of the job of cleaning, Viridiana figured that she could now eat the food Fallon had made before it went cold. After all, Fallon wanted to hear Viridiana's opinion; there was no way that she could give her that much if she didn't try eating it.

Okay, but that wasn't the primary reason why she was eating. The primary reason why she was continuing to eat was because this food smelled delicious and had tasted delicious, and there was no reason to let perfectly good, delicious food that was still warm go to waste just because there had been some terrible explosion between Lucas, Luver Under Catastrophe, and Chef Fallon.

Viridiana, admittedly, felt sorry for Fallon but this didn't seem to be the time to bother her. "I think she would want us to eat, so her food doesn't go to waste," pointed out Viridiana, before she resumed eating her delicious Eggs Benedict.

"You are a brainless ape, or a five-fingered rabbit. Here. Since you didn't get to eat breakfast, may as well fill your mouth with something useful." Abeline thrust the plate at him, shifting her weight with a little too much effort. She almost stumbled, but it was more of a flourish as she quickly recovered.

She was blushing red, hoping the b*****d didn't realize that she was secretly telling him that he was hot stuff and she dreamed about him. No, she thought he was rude and fluffy like everyone else. Really Abeline believed that.

Serenade had simply remained quiet during the uproar, munching her Eggs Benedict happily, turning up the volume of her iPod so the music roared in her ears and she could fully appreciate every little bit of detail put into the performance of the piece. The girl had spaced out, not noticing that Lucas had actually offered her his room number; but it wasn't as if she would have gone to his room anyway.

When she looked up, Fallon was gone, Lucas was gone and the teen simply blinked confusedly at all the others that were cleaning up. Woah. She had missed something didn't she? Fallon didn't usually leave her kitchen when she still had to finish cooking. Shrugging, she finished her piece of breakfast and then wandered into the hallways, returning to her room to get ready for class.

-His free hand grasped Azzo's arm, as he steadied himself. He'd decided that Azzo was 'the wall' so to speak, his hand steadying any quiver that made his body want to sway this way or that.

He didn't understand. Nor was he THAT hungry when his face was screaming bloody murder. But he'd be hungry later he assumed, and he could see a nice act when it happened, even if it was disguised with something else.

That Adeline... she was a weird girl. It was like she got off on harrasing him. And... that really wasn't such a bad thing either he supposed.

His free hand grasped the plate, steadying it against his chest. He was far too woozy.. and now maybe even a little nasaeus for any great 'Lucas move'. But that didn't keep his mouth shut as he turned around with his escort once more, making it towards the stairs again.- "You can come get the plate later if you like. I'll show you that picture and stuff."

-He needed to lay. And ice certainly wouldn't be a bad thing.-

((Probably an end post for my character unless Azzo or Adeline say/do something that absolutely need him. *trying to help declutter* XD))
