Ruuko knocked on the door to the academy class room. he looked inside and saw the other students. he was somewhat scared but if he was going to be a ninja he had to let go of fear. he took a deep breath and walked inside the room.

[Entering the Academy of Cloud]
Shou went up the the door to the academy. He had waited for this day ever since he started his own training. Now he wanted to show the world what he was made of. Or at least his father. Shou knocked slightly on the door and entered right away. The class had some students in their. Shou collected an analyze and judged already the students on their appeariance. He had done this before to feel more comfortable. He'd hate if he couldn't give a first hand judge on a person so he couldn't stick to that feeling. Shou moved inside in a little slower movements than usual. He didn't see any teacher so he guessed that the other students had been there teacherless for a while. Shou decided to grab an empty spot and wait for a teacher to show up. If it happens.

Shou had waited for a while and became a little impatient. He looked at the other students which seemed to suffer same opinion. Shou moved out of the seat and straight toward the door. But where should he go? The best place to fulfill his wishes right now. 'Raikages Office should be a start. At least they have information there' he thought as he opened the door and smacked it right behind him.

[Enter Cloud Acadamy]
Oveon walked silently into the acadamy and looked around adjusting the Katana on his back. "Anyone here?" He said into the room before moving to take a seat near the back of the room. "I wounder is it always so empty in here?" He muttered to himself as he sat down.

 Oveon sighed softly as he sat there waiting until even his patince ran out. "Scew it." He muttered and walked out of the school to find something else to do. "Perhaps I'll go to the park." He said just before he left.[Exit to Park]

[enter from park] Oveon walks in but doesn't stay instead heads right on to the training grounds. "Wish this place was used more." He muttered as he walked on. [exit - Training]

Suou walked in and took a seat at his desk. He awaited the arrival of some his students. Suou thought this was far too boring so he pulled out that Scroll he was studying earlier his secret Jutsus diagrammed within.
[Chakra Control: -2 posts for training, -1 Rank off Jutsu chakra cost, only for jutsu up to one rank higher than your current rank, Kage level jutsus never recieve a decrease in jutsu rank for the purposes of chakra cost.]
[Ability Control (Puppetry/Genjutsu/Bloodline): +2 ranks in strength of attacks for abilities *ex. ppl who use bug jutsu only, bug jutsu attacks increse in power*, jutsu not of the chosen type are decreased in power by one rank, can only have two base elements]

[enter - training.] Oveon entered the academy again and smiled slightly at the sight of another person and he took a seat. 'maybe I'll finally learn something.' he thought to himself readjusting the katana on his back.

Oveon looked up at the man and seemed to study him for a secound. "I am Oveon Wolfstagg sensei." He said with a warm kind voice and got up from his seat and gave him a slight bow.

Oveon stoped to think for a secound remembering what his father had told him he was teaching him. "I'm a soumon specialist or at least will be and a defensive jutsu user." He said confadince in his voice as he looked at the man.

"Hmmm...." Suou thought for a bit on how he'd train somebody like him. "I have no idea how to use Summons!" he stated bluntly. "But what are your Elements?"

Oveon shifted softly once more pulling a memory to the forefront of his mind. "Wind is my element." He said softly once more shifting his katana. "What else do you need to know?"

"Well I don't know any techniques that I can teach you, but I can give you a Scroll of Fuuton so you can learn some useful Jutsu for now." Suou went back to his desk and opened a drawer. He pulled out a Scroll of Fuuton and tossed it to him. "Follow me and practice the Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu." Suou hopped up and walked outside of the building. He took a seat at a nearby bench under a tree. A small grass field was by his spot. Oveon would train there.
{{OoC: Genin Technique. Look it up in the Wind Jutsu. Since you are training within the Village, it is -1 post of Training. So 2 posts of Training and you master the technique.}}
