Name of Building: Kumo Memorial
Purpose of Building: A place to pay respects to the dead. A graveyard as well as a KIA stone like the one in Konoha.
Reason: Because people have died in Kumo. some of which were very well loved. Others not so loved. But some people may want to pay respect anyways. because it is the nice thing to do.

Name of Building: Kinkaku Force
Purpose of Building: The police department and basic law enforcement of the villlage. There are constantly Kinkaku Force members walking around the village, patrolling the areas. Each member is equipped with a katana and a headset so that they can contact the other members of their squad. There are 13 divisions of the Kinkaku Force.
Reason: Well it's in the actual series and we could use more security.
Name of Building: House of Clouds
Purpose of Building: I figure this could be like the White House. It would a be more secure and protected location, even more protected then the gates. The Raikage's new office could be in here and the Sannin could have an office in there as well. The Raikage's office would be fitted out with a red button underneath her desk that will place the whole village on High Red Alert and Lockdown.
Reason: The current Raikage's office is too out in the open and this seems more professional.
Name of Building: Cloud Nine Labs
Purpose of Building: The location of this building is only known to the Raikage, the Sannin, and the people who work there. Absolutely no one else knows of this areas whereabouts. In this lab, experiments are run constantly, both ethical and unethical ones as the scientist try to develop and advance the human body. Other types of technology is developed here as well as chakra elements that are observed. When the ANBU or Kinkaku Force discover someone with an unseen bloodline they are brought here for experiments, both medical and otherwise.
Reason: I think that as the Lightning Country we should be a bit more advanced in technology then the other countries
Name of Building: Cloud Security Towers
Purpose of Building: These large towers are in every district of the cloud village and are connected through a series of ziplines. There is a main tower right behind the House of Clouds that kept all of the surviellance records and track where each member of the Cloud Village is at all times. When new people enter the village, they are instant put into the system and placed under surviellance.
Reason: The Raikage, Anbu Commander, 1st Division Captain of the Kinkaku Force, and the Sannin of the village can all refer here to find people in the village or get information about someone who is in the village.

Name of Building: Kumogakure Armory
Purpose of Building: A building that holds a collection of nearly every type of weapon imaginable. Only members with a Security Level 3 Badge and up are able to check out weapons from the armory. This building is heavily guarded to protect itself from robbery. No matter what time of day, there are always guards patrolling the area.
Reason: Gives our warriors and easy place to pick up weapons.
Name of Building: Cloud's Tower
Purpose of Building: Upon gaining entry into the village, visitors are required to go into this building and pick up a Security Level Badge. There are six levels of this badge system and they range from Level 0 to Level 5. Each buliding in the Cloud village requires a certain badge level before entry is granted. Only a handful of people hold a Level 5 badge while visitors are given a Level 0 badge.
Reason: Keeps us even more secure.
Name of Building: Kumogakure Directory
Purpose of Building: This building is like a combination of Mapquest and the yellow pages. People can go here to look up the location of places, pick up maps, or request the address of someone's residence. The new Kumogakure is broken up into seven districts, with each district having it's own purpose.
(High Residential) - Kōkyū Jūtaku District
::: This district is where the high upper class members of the village reside. All of the large estates and compounds can be found here.
(Low Residential) - Tei Jūtaku District
::: This district is where the middle class families of the village live. It is quiet and comfortable here. You won't find many large houses but you won't find any struggling families here either.
(Imperial) - Teikoku District
::: In this district, you will find many of the important landmarks, like the House of Clouds, the Kinkaku Force HQ, The Armory and the Cloud Security towers. This area is heavily guarded and under more surviellance then anywhere else in the village.
(Commericial) - Shōgyō District
::: This district is where you will often find the quiet stores and some traditional attractions like the Hot Springs. This is also the area in where you will find a lot of art and beautiful scenary.
(Metal) - Kinzoku District
::: Probably one of the first actual cities in the Shinobi World. Large skyscrapers and technology fills this district. This area is alway buzzing and filled with people and excitement. Many teens come here to catch their thrills and have a night on the town.
(Life) - Raifu District
::: The completely all natural district of Kumogakure. People can come here to enjoy the natural beauty of the land and explore the wildlife. This area is only guarded to presevere the nature of this district and make sure that it is not polluted or damaged.
(Dark) - Dāku District
::: This district is usually off limits to visitors and civilians. This is where many of the low class families live and it is one of the most dangerous parts of Kumo. Many of the families here have formed street gangs so that they can steal, kill, and sell narcotics for money. Only the most hardened of souls can dare venture here.
Reason: None of the other villages have districts. I figure we could be a bit more modern and different at the same time. I personally love this idea.

I hate to sound like a b***h but i don't think these building are of any good for Kumo right now. Maybe if the village had more shinobi but right now that's a little too much for the amount of people we've got. Don't get me wrong. I love the idea of them all but not until Kumo is populated more.

Name of Building: Cloud Scientific Research Clinic
Purpose of Building: Here is where experiments on anything is conducted. Everything's very hush hush and only ANBU, Kyousuke's direct family (Not every single Hatake. Juts his Npc parents and sister.), and of course the Raikage as well.
Reason: Part of my Rpc's Storyline is that his family has been head of Cloud's Research & Developement Squad and they run the HQ for Scientific Research. This will be working with my Character Developement as well when Kyousuke begins to study Dead Soul Resurrection.

Purpose of Building: Sonji's Residence/Job ( aside from ninja ) Also serves as a meeting area for Naga bloodline members aside from the Naga Head Household.
Reason: Because I think it would be a great asset, and also it would give a little bit of flavor to our Village, as well as add an area that I can use for my character.
