Matsuya sighed. He too had noticed the lack in military power in the villages. "Im not sure Daichi. I have our ANBU working around the clock on that little project of mine. But I doubt that will help us in expanding ourselves to what we were before." He sighed again, letting his body sink further into the water. "I have to ask myself how those before me did it; this job I mean. The constant threat of attack, the contant requests from the villagers, and not to mention all that paperwork. It's the least I can do to come here every once in a while." Matsuya remembered the small leather bag on his belt. But he didn't have his clothes, sot hat would have to wait.

Matsuya threw his head back in laughter. His pale silver hair was sticking to his face with moisture. "I have to say Daichi, you have quite the obeservational power. I'll tell you eventually. The ANBU have perfected part of the project, but the other two thirds are still in devolpment." He sighed, raising a hand to move his hair out of his eyes. "But as for the children, they'll come eventually. We just need to give the families some time, they'll start to see it our way eventually. And when they do, I can gauruntee you the recruits will start pouring in." Matsuya sighed. "Just give them some time."

Matsuya waved his hand, laughing a bit. "I'll have to take a raincheck on that one, Daichi. I might stay here for a little while longer. It's not to often I can soak in the moisture like this." Matsuya leaned back, thinking. It wasn't going to be long before the medical corp did perfect the project. And even then, Matsuya would need a test subject to ensure it worked properly. But he knew his shinobi, they were like a second family to him. He couldn't use them as subjects it was to cruel. Unless one of them had some kind of mortal wound, it wouldn't work. He sighed. The stress of building a legacy was a burden indeed.

Nyoko stucke her tongue out at Tia and stood up. "I'm done stewing for today." She climbed out of the spring and headed for the bath house. She shivered slightly because the air was colder than the warmth of the spring. She got dressed and payed for her stay in the spring. Now what to do? Should I go to the medical center to see if they need any help or see if I could find something to do by asking Matsuya?

Nyoko smiled back at the sannin. "Sure why not? It'll give me something to do." She had heard about him, but had yet to meet him. "Daichi, right?" She inquired. She took in all his features. Especially the fact that he's so much taller than her. She felt small next to him.

Matsuya sighed. His skin was starting to wrinkle from the moisture. He slowely got out and went into the men's dressing room. He got changed back into his clothes and slipped the Kage robe over his shoulders. Matsuya grabbed the leather pouch with his project in it and walked out. He saw the other two, Nyoko and Daichi. He stayed to the side, opening the pouch slightly to look at the vials. The clinked as he moved it. He slowely closed and lacthed the case again. Better to wait.
