I've not really encountered any men I considered to be sexy, so I don't have a good answer for this.
I suppose any surprise romantic gesture would do it though. Specifically, the well thought out sort of gesture that takes place in private at home. Such as, walking into the house and finding candles burning everywhere and a delicious dinner waiting for you sort of romantic.
