Zaine gasped as the attack launched, summoning his remaining strength he raised a barrier of Ice and Shadow which intercepted the fatal power of the blast, however Zaine was burnt seriously, evidenced by the cry of pain he uttered as the scorching inferno did its work, however the shinigami still lived after the final attack. "Still hanging in my friend, but I think neither of us can go any farther." he said with a pained chuckle, the fact of the matter was that neither of them were in any condition to continue, "Shall we call this a draw until next we meet?" he asked, stabbing a blade into the ground and leaning on it for support.

Kenji looked up at the shinigami and smiled while saying out of breath, "You are stronger than I thought shinigami and I have the utmost respect for you. You took my most powerful attack and lived to tell about it. Next time we meet, you may not be so lucky."
Kenji gets up from the ground and his body returns to his human form. His uniform is torn in many places and blood can be seen from many wounds he received from the fight. A large garganta opens up behind him. Kenji gives the shinigami one last evil smile before stepping into it. The garganta slowly closes behind him taking him back to his headquarters .....
((OOC: Very well done Zaine. I look forward to our next battle together!! xd ))

Zaine chuckled weakly, returning the smile, "Thank you, and I respect you as well, but next we meet, I may have grown as well." he said with a grin.
After the arrancar left Zaine's body glowed softly as his shikai sealed itself, his brace gone Zaine collapsed to the ground, groaning as he turned over and looked to the clearing sky, " 'Tis indeed a lovely night, and the moon is beautiful." he murmurred softly, indeed the moon had become a deep scarlet color as the lunar eclipse had taken place finally.

Elyse would descend on the on looking zaine from the sky. Landing on the ground beside him gently with her shikai already equipped. She would have the forced gentle smile and presence and was the side effects of her weapon. Yet she would clearly show how she was a bit pissed to have to come and heal Zaine all the way in the human realm.
"Zaine! You're a damn idiot. You gfight someone who can kick your a** and can't even get your self back or at least to the front door of the seireitei to be healed...I really should kick your a** before healing you, but from how you can't move I see you've had enough foot prints left in your s**t."
With that elyse would heal zaine with her move, "Soul Link!". the aura of her chain-mail wuld envelope him and ease and heal all his wounds. Elyse would finish and quickly stand to turn away from Zaine. Looking before her she'd open a portal by touching a skull pin on her chest and the portal would lead to a alley in fourth division.
"Come on this is my own personal ride. We're out of here, and I really don't want to see you ike this again. We worry back home. "

Zaine stood and stretched, Suddenly he hugged Elyse, "Thanks I feel much better now, you do good work." he said and let her go a wry grin on his face, "Besides you should have seen him, I gave as good as I got." he looked to the portal "So were will we be coming out from that thing?"
