@Asashi: I do like the idea, but what I worry about with that is stepping over the toes of a "Senshi of Luck" or anything involving fortune telling. I do like the idea though, I think I'll try to incorporate it somewhere in her third attack. I'm leaving that alone for now though.
@Moving: Thanks for all your help, I'd love to drop you a crit!
Alright, second attempt at mark is go!

There are only three attacks, total. Normal, Super (power-up), and Eternal. So there's no #3 on your list.
I'm confused as to what the "hand of fate" is in the Eternal attack? You say it will eventually get them, but you don't mention how?

I forgot to take the #3 bit out, sorry.
Is the language a little fuzzy? I'll re-read it and try to re-work it so it makes sense. ^^;;

Alright, I edited it so hopefully it explains more of how. If it fails I have a more... well, my view on it to maybe help? >___>;; Or maybe adding in this bit would help it? Sorry if this seems a bit unconventional...
Fate is often described or seen by others as a "force" that drives us from where we are in life to where we will eventually be in life. It is something inevitable that will happen. The eternal attack is meant to mimic that, using a "force" to attack with brute strength (such as the sensation of running into a brick wall) but delaying it for but a moment. As in our lives we sometimes think something is going to be alright, but a quick "twist of fate", so to speak, can take that "alright" moment and make it one hundred times worse. (I suppose this can be taken as irony as well?) After a moment the "force" will attack all at once from all sides, causing pain to the opponent, (like above, they'll feel like they've run into a wall on all sides of their body. Causes pain that might stun, might hurt for a while but no long-lasting effects.) This is supposed to be somewhat fateful of the battle, once it hits successfully (since there are many ways to get around it >___>;; ) the "force" will make it's attack and cause it's pain. This is the way I look at it... I'm hoping this little insight might help with the "how" of the attack.
If this is unhelpful at all then I apologize in advance. This sphere is difficult to do without trying to overpower so I'm attempting to make it work while not making it a broken character. >_<

How does her attack hold them in place? I get that it connects them to her, but would it also lock them in place or...? I just need this cleared up. 8D

Gah, I should kick myself with how vague I write things sometimes. xD
Anyways, the strings tie around her opponent's limbs and while keeping extremely taught they hold them still. This also explains why the strings will lose their hold; they can only hold taught for so long.
Sorry about the confusion. I hope that clears it up? *goes to rewrite it on the front*

[ Hey! =D Sorry, I don't actually have a crit; I was looking through moons for ideas, and I came across one named Ananke, which is named after the goddess who was perceived as the personification of destiny, necessity, and fate. I just thought that, since you were going for the Senshi of Fate, it might be cool to hear about in case you wanted to use it. xD It's neat to match up the names with the sphere when you can, but it's not always easy. ;w;
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know about it, in case you didn't! :3 It just seemed too perfect, and I had to bring it up. Good luck getting all your marks if you haven't already! <3 ]

Oooh, I like that name a lot, actually. I think it might be a little too late in the game to change it. (Honestly, I probably would since it fits and = luff <3) But thank you regardless. C:
Also, reworded the front page for first attack too. Hoping it all makes sense now. <3
