Tsuguayme Aiden_In_Ashes Tsuguayme Not really. I prefer people older, not younger than me. So reverse ***** bear! My friend said it might be the Oedipus complex. Noooo no one can be my new half bro. I love my half bro~ He's so much older and experienced. Oh wait. o w o I though Oedipus complex was when you had the hots for you parent of the opposite gender? (Thanks so much psych class, I never wanted to know...) gonk That's what I told my friend. but he thinks it might apply to any adult. Hmmm what if you just like an adult of the opposite gender, who isn't your parent? surprised Then you're straight and have a preference for older meat.
An Oedipus complex only applies to a young male who has a thing his mother. An Electra is the opposite - daughter to father, that is.

Alie Valens Luce Ravenier Alie Valens what if you're father is your brother confused (in reference to the story of Oedipus) Then you should gouge out your eyes and wander the earth until you die in Colonus.i kinda forgot the name of Oedipus's daughter/sister that remained by his side sweatdrop Antigone. Ismene stayed in Thebes. Eteocles and Polynices were his sons, who killed each other over kingship. Antigone ended up hanging herself rather than be buried alive by Creon for burying her brother against royal command.
Come to think of it, Laius wasn't Oedipus' brother... stare Are you trying to trick me, Alie?

Oedipus....
I do believe that Homer wrote a few epic poems based off this story like The Odyssey and The Iliad. ;D
I did read The Odyssey and found it actually very good.
