Jaw dropping, He also dropped the panties as well. Shoving them into his pocket, Marlo suddenly did something oddly reminiscent of his elder brother.
He was giving Eve a grin was was definitely a Xanis brother trademark. This cocky grin was quickly replaced by a smug, yet oddly suave Marlo smirk. "Just tell me the color of the dress and you'll have to sweetest, most lovely corsage of the entire dance. I refuse to give my date anything less then what they rightfully deserve." Grabbing Eve's hand, he gave it a quick peck before running after his panty raid accomplice.
Once caught up, "So, I'd say panties or not, I just won most badass, no?" It seemed more then the Xanis grin ran in the genes. The cocky attitude did as well.

Rea thought that, in light of all that had happened, she'd been quite tolerant of this entire ordeal. She hadn't busted their faces in, she hadn't kicked them out, and she'd even given them a pair of her underwear too (and not a stingy pair either -- they'd get some leverage out of that.) What broke the camel's back, however, was actually another surprise from Marlo. Never in a thousand years would she have expected him to smirk like that, much the less talk like that. Then again, she would never have guessed he'd have participated in a panty raid either.
This was getting to be too much.
"Ok Xanis, get your a** out that door before I kick it out."
Growling, the strawberry blonde girl shook her fist at them 'threateningly', chasing the two panty raiders out as they left. Shutting the door with a satisfying click, she glanced back at Eve, raising both eyebrows in a silent question, a small grin curling the corners of her lips.
"Well."
And that was all she had to say about that. She'd certainly have a lot of questions for her roommate later.

Eve didn't seem at all fazed by the smile; she had seen that on Elzo when he had flirted with her during their first meeting after all. Besides, they were brothers! Even if Marlo seemed to be the nicer one, they seemed to hang out with each other enough to rub off on each other. She only grinned at Marlo, shaking her head with a laugh. Who would have known Halloween night would have turned out like this?
She watched them run off, only to be hit by an afterthought. How was she supposed to contact him about the corsage thing anyway? Oh, no matter. Eve decided. She would find out a way. "Well." She repeated Rea's words, flashing her a smile and a mischievous twinkle in an eye. "Now we'll have to get you a date for the prom too."
