I was choosing between Kit or Zique, but decided that Kit was more non-lenient than Zique.

What all of those that want to be teachers be teachers?
There could be things like one-on-one training and at least if the elected teacher can't post, why can't another person take over temporarily?

Why don't people get to choose what type of course they want to do?
Then at least, the second they get out of the Academy and graduate, they could go immediately into that Squad.
People could choose what type of fighter they want to specialize in.
For example, I'm using Healing.
People would learn basic skills but specialize in Healing.
Just an idea.
