Angel walks back into the training room.....he turns off all the lights and locks the doors....he turned the danger level to maximum and then began to spike his arua taking his stance.....hundreds of hollow dummies now armed came flying at angel...then there was a bright flash....the room slowly became dark again as there was silence...Angel stood there glowing in full gardian form...the sword he held was not his zonpakto, but his fathers blade.....the one that unlocked his full Guardian power...the sprit pressure could be felt all around the serity " It seems my assumption was right, that in order to defeat the demons befor me.....I must once again become the man I was so very long ago" he smiled as the lights came back up and he turned the machine back down unlocking the doors... he walked calmly back inot the meditaion room in his normal form

Cir thought to himself "High spirital Pressure. Activated not long ago. Happened in the room Angel was in." He looked at Angel and thought "He's very good at hiding his spirital pressure increase but I smelled it." He sighed "it's hard being a former-arrancar. Sometimes you know too much, sometimes you know too little."

Angel's pressure began to rise once again, causeing a light to be seen for the meditation room....this was differnt however as a soild ball of light surrounded angel, blocking his out from all that was around him " It has been so long senc i realined my sprit with my true powers, It makes me feel like I'm back at home on mt. Saviour" Angel smiled and went on with his meditation

Cir saw light coming from the mediatation room. "I guess he's meditating. Maybe I should kill more dummies now" he thought as more dummies popped up just to be destroyed. The only proof to the fact that they were even there in the first place is the broken wood fragments from the sword inside of each part of the broken dummies.

a few hours later the light disapated as Angel steped out of the room....there was a differnts in his eyes now...a cold reasurence and it was clear to all that he had once again become the man that was so feared in the world of the liveing....the ledgendary demon slayer Angel Hirochigo...he looked at Cir " how are you my firend....training well?"

Cir looked at Angel, then at the mess of wood splinters, and then back at Angel. "Yes" he said "but messy. I prefer my blade over these wooden ones. Would you like to join..." he stopped as more dummies popped up just to be destroy. "... me at killing them?" he finished.

"greetings, do not mind me I am just going thru memory lane right now"
*pulls out his zanpakuto, and fires an air strike at tancong, the strike splits apart just before tancong and comes back together behind him to destroy the dummy behind tancong*
"I've learned so much from the past captains, maybe one day you two may also enter the realm of the spirit king and visit the legendary captains"
*walks away and gives a nod towards Captain Angel before leaving*
